You should get it through OTA, otherwise check your CSC code (there are many version for Colombia, probably different carrier versions):

Can anyone please provide the Indian version Lolipop firmware. I have recently received the experimental Marshmallow update and am finding it quite useless. Please can someone post the original Indian firmware link so as to downgrade back to lolipop. Thanks in anticipation.

Just got a P8 Lite delivered from Carphone Warehouse UK. Its an unbranded unlocked model.
It states model number - ALE-L21 and the build number is - ALE-L21C432B133
I assume its an older version but there is no OTA available for it. Not sure if this is the dual sim EU version or not. Which version should I use to update? Any reason why no OTA or is it because its on an older version and it's missed it?

ALE-L21C432B133 It's Europe single sim, latest update is B171 or B183.
Use anything you want to update, just follow the correct procedure (on XDA u can find it all)

You need the branded one from vosdafone to update, or follow a guide to debrand then use the one you like.

Can't help as thought the phone was rubbish after just 4 hours of use so sold it already and got a 2015 Moto G instead.
So for Evrybody with a korean variant there is a new firmware. ( ->title) @Al0n maybe u can give us more details about the firmware

Still 6.0.
And maybe other Korean models already got V20t, but F500K got it only today.
By the way - your thread talks about F500L but the model that got the update is F500K.

I was ditched by the seller. Got F500L but the Model shows H810 running att firmware. I am only able to recieve 2G reception. BY connecting to LG Bridge it shows Model:H810 and the Update available is F500L20u.
what should I do now? My phone is Sim Unlocked and I am using Different Network sims in it.
Can I update fw without losing my Sim Unlocked status? Which FW should I go for?

isn't easy if u try to update it on other firmware u may have to face hard brick condition 9008 mode dont try it,the proper way for recover your device is using jtag box repair boot first on f500L than flash f500l firmware

I don't know the EU schedule for KIW-L21, but the US version KIW-L24 will get Android M #soon. I would expect that all the regions get it around the same time - there are just some small differences to allow for testing and verification. If regular updates are important to you, then I encourage you to keep sharing your feedback on the official Hihonor channels like the Honor Global Facebook page. Honor does listen to its customers and your feedback is very important.
For the US KIW-L24, I will make sure to request the latest kernel source and downgrade packages are uploaded to the official Hihonor.com support pages as soon as they are available.

Stock Roms are phone version specific. If phone version is L-21 you cannot use L-22/L-24 or any other Stock update/rom.
