Custom Extra Toggles (Just flashlight) available? - Verizon Galaxy S 5 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I am looking for a way to ONLY add the flashlight custom toggle seeing as most of the other extra toggles do not function properly, and flashlight is the only one I was really interested in anyway.
If I am understanding correctly, I can not simply add the flashlight line in the toggles list, as its not a truly supported functionality. Modifications must be made to the Settings apk.
The currently flashable extra toggles available for OptimalROM/BSFree Stock ROM are identical, so I was wondering if I can edit the script to only include the flashlight modification.

[Q] Hack Quick Settings to add custom icon?

With AOSP ROM's, there was a setting to allow a custom app to be added to the Quick Settings. I'm not seeing that option in Touch Wiz. Am I just missing it or is there a way to hack it?
I want to add a quick settings toggle for a torch.
Okay, well whenever the locked-bootloader hack is released, then we can use this utility to modify the quick settings:

[Q] How to change the toggle colors or hide them?

Aside from using Exposed framework, I'm stock rooted but I don't want to swap roms honestly, So what's the best way to change toggle color or just hide it the toggles and actually leave all the toggles in the toggle pane....
You can't without editing the files and touch would need a deodexed roms for that

[Req] Note 3 Assistance Torch Widget !

As The Title Says, Can Anyone Give Me Deodexed Assistive Torch Widget Please
Unfortunately, that's impossible as it is cooked inside the settings application.
I did recreate it for my own use in development, however. (Not as a widget or an application tho)
But even if you get it, it doesn't use android's APIs to turn the flashlight on, i.e. it will only work on the recent Samsung devices (s3 and above) which have Samsung's frameworks.
It also means that it won't work on AOSP ROMs regardless of the device.

Editing TW Notification Shade in SQLITE- HELP?

Coming from running Cyanogenmod for a couple of years now on previous devices, holding off from running Cyanogenmod until majority of kinks are worked out for the S5.
I have been editing the notification/quick-settings panel on my TW interface on my S5 to remove the piles of samsung functions/toggles that I could care less about and was very successful at it and I nearly have it looking AOSP/CM like including retrieving Hotspot, Mobile data, and Torch toggle back, so that's nice.
I do miss the ability to swipe down on either the right or left-hand side of the notification tray on AOSP/CM setup. I am wondering if any of you know if it's just a basic SQlite entry in the settings storage that can be entered to enable this feature.
I'd really appreciate any help with this, this is a great modification to making TW rom installations function more streamline and AOSP Android-like.

[Q] Which ROM removes quick setting toggles from Notification Pulldown?

Hey folks, this is NOT a "which ROM is best" thread. I'm looking for a feature that almost no ROM's have, anywhere. So rather than flash 20-30 ROM's to find it, I'm hoping someone might already know.
Which snapdragon Note 4 ROM has the option to remove all the toggles from the notification pulldown?
As you can see in my screenshot below, I like to remove the toggles and brightness slider and then I use Notification Toggles app to add my own custom toggles, some of which TouchWiz is not capable of.

FYY, Dynamic Kat ROM now does this on TMO Note 4.
