I tried search but did not seem to find the exact answer to my question in any of the guides. so I need a bit of help so I don't brick my new phone. Which version of TWRP works on a TMOB G928T S6 Edge Plus. I see some conflicting information. One place lists:
twrp-3.0.0-0-zeroltetmo-zeroltetmo.img.tar which it says if for an TMOB S6 Edge, not PLUS
another lists:
twrp-3.0.0-0-zenlte-zenlte.img.tar which it says is for a S6 Edge Plus GSM
And I see recommendation to switch to the Philz recovery and not use TWRP at all. I take I flash arter97-recovery-g928tw8-11.0-philz_touch_6.59.0.tar.md5 ?
Which is the one I should use?

I have a question about the information when you put the phone into Download Mode:
I was installing official firmware for my device via Odin and I noticed when I put my S6 Edge into download mode, under product name it said SM-9250.
Does every model of the S6 Edge say this or does this just mean Docomo is using the SM-9250 and just covering it up as a SC-04G.
Could you guys let me know if your variant of the S6 Edge says SM-9250 or does it reflect on your carrier or region type under download mode.

Baseband Version SC05GOMU1AOE1
I checked the website and found some guides how to root. However it seems that everything is not applicable for my build.
Ping Pong version only works with SC04GOMU1AOE1 and on the page (autoroot chainfaire) i did not find my build.
Do you have any advice for me?
What happens if i just put in some random Samsung Galaxy S6 model (like Sm-G920T) in Odin and put my phone on download mode

Wrong forum. You have an S6, not an S6 Edge Plus.

Ivery rooted my s7 edge now I'm wanting to customise but can't find a custom recovery twrp for the g935v anyone had any luck yet???
As of yet, it's looking increasingly slim that we'll get a custom recovery or even an unlocked bootloader for that matter. Side note; been curious if theres been any talk about re-working the method for S6 and S6 Edge, similar to how they unlocked the Note 4's bootloader. SO! You'll be using flashfire for a while, my friend.
Hi all. I hope this hasnt been asked before but i have bought a galaxy s7 edge online which has turned out to be korean (g935l in settings but says g935 a/s on back) i would like to flash xsa stock firmware but haven't been able to find a consistent answer. I dont wont to root at the moment just want stock for now. Can soneone please tell me if it is possible and explain why and how or why not? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks very much ?

I have a S7 Edge Duos G935FD up-to date with stock ROM and I want to put on it a S8 custom ROM, stable (and with better battery life than the stock S7 Edge - if possible).
I'm not much into re-flashing so looking for something to install and forget, if you know what I'm talking about.
I know there are several ROMs out there but not sure which one I should go for and as I explained I'm not into a lot of experimenting.
Any advice appreciated.
Please bear in mind:
- I have done flashing in the past, but mostly for Windows Phone (Samsung: Focus, Ativ S), not Android.
- This is my first post here so apologies if this has been discussed, just point me in the right direction please.
