Viper4android For Lava Pixel V1 And other Android One Devices [LP/MM] - Lava Pixel V1

As You All Know viper4android is one of the best Android sound Management and Enhancement App And it works bug free on lava pixel v1 and Android one devices running 4.4 to kitkai to 6.0 Marshmallow
Features
ViPER4Android FX
FX is the main control panel of ViPER’s Audio with all popular ViPER’s Audio settings.
ViPER4Android XHiFi (Stopped)
XHiFi has less settings compare to FX. It has superior audio reconstruction which mainly used for restoring lossy audio quality.
FX Key Features
★ NEW: AnalogX ★
Richer and warmer sound by simulating the sound signature of pure class A amplifier. *v2.4.x and above+*
★ ViPER-DDC (Now Cuztomizable!) ★
Enjoy near HIFI sound on your headphones. *Not all models supported*
★ Spectrum Extension ★
Make your music sound lossless with enhanced high frequencies.
★ x86 Platform Support ★
Viper4Android supports x86 (Atom/Core i3/i5/i7) platforms.
★ USB/Dock effect Support ★
ViPER4Android supports USB/Dock audio output.
★ Speaker Optimization ★
First effect for speakers. Try it yourself.
★ Channel Pan ★
Controls left/right channel output. Its not very useful unless your headphone is imbalance or faulty one side. It will be a cure for you.
★ Differential Surround / Haas Effect ★
This is an old feature which ViPER520 had removed from FX in early days.
But after many users requesting it, ViPER520 bring it back to FX
More info on Haas Effect: http://www.mixcoach.com/creating-dep...haas-effect-2/
★ ViPER Fidelity Control ★
★ ViPER Bass ★
With different bass modes, you can have greater bass experience than before!
★ ViPER Clarity ★
With the latest Clarity mode selection, you can balance up heavy bass with high clarity audio that you can never imagine before!
★ Headphone Surround+ (VHS+) ★
With this VHS+, V4A made its way to achieve great surround technologies for Android.
★ Auditory System Protection (Cure Tech+) ★
With normal audio system, listening for more than three hours will feel fatigue, dizzy, tinnitus, irritated and other symptoms.
This is a normal reaction, heavy bass and high volume could cause permanent damage to the human auditory system, but other phenomena can restore through resting.
Viper as a listening experience professional will not ignore this problem. Therefore put a lot of effort to study how to make a "Healing" sound technology, just a small success. But thinking on how to let users experience it.
★ Convolver ★
When an Impulse Response Sample(IRS) is loaded, V4A will process the sound to show the same characteristics of the loaded sample. Through Convolution, samples with effects such as equalizer, surround, reverberation, tube etc can be loaded.
Download and extract IRS files to <storage>/ViPER4Android/Kernel/<paste files here>
★ FX Compatible Mode (Only in 4.x) ★
Compatible Mode supports large variety of music players and the players' own EQ/sound effects (system-provided/third party)
Therefore, you don't have to select V4A in Sound Settings > Music Effects, choose anything other than V4A. Just run V4A app and the effects will be working with anything else.
1. In option, switch to Compatible Mode. Reboot, done.
2. In Sound Settings > Music Effects, choose other than V4A.
3. Run V4A app and configure the settings then the effects will work together with the one you chose in Sound Settings.
Installation
Flash zip Given below through Twrp recovery
reboot to system
open viper4android App and install drivers from Menu
again reboot to recovery and wipe dalvik cache and cache in wipe / advance wipe
reboot to system
Enjoy Viper4android Experience

[FIX - MOD] Audio Fix For AOSP Based ROMS

As many of you that when you flash an AOSP based rom such as CM11 or PA the audio becomes extremely bad. This is due to the inproper optimizations.
I have mostly resolved this problem by using Viper4Android to get the best optimal audio settings. So far it is working great but there is one thing. It is slightly lower volume but not much that it should be a problem. The reason being is that if I set it up any higher the speaker begins to crackle alot and with the settings I have applied there is no crackling for the most part. You are welcome to edit the setting at the very bottom where it says Master Gate Limiter that will adjust volume levels.
The bass is just as punchy and as rich as the Boomsound setting on sense if not better. As for the clarity it seems to be around that area where boomsound is.
Here is a comparison video that i recorded with the setting on and off. (Remember this was recorded with the M8's Microphone so its not as clear or as loud as it would be with the MOD on.)
To install.
1.) Download and install Viper4Android From HERE.
2.) Open up the app and select Install, Then Super Audio Quality and reboot device.
3.) Open up the app again and select UI Setting Then Expert.
4.) Download THIS file.
5.) Extract the folder called Viper4Android to the root of your internal SD CARD.
5.) Open up Viper4Android app then click Load Effect Profile and select OptimalAOSP.
6.) Your audio should be corrected. Feel free to mess with the settings and share with us the best settings you find.
Following thread.
Gave this a shot. As expected, the bass distortion is still present.
Audio is just plain screwed on this phone with aosp. This sounded great until bass came into play.

I know it makes a big difference via headphones but does the speaker setting improve the Z2...if so what settings do you recommend. I tried it on the speaker of my Nexus 7 and couldn't hear the difference

I tried viper4android with speaker but unfortunately the sound quality when using Walkman with ClearAudio+ gave better result than Viper4Android.

I'm using viper4android just with noice cancelling headset. I'll share my settings if anyone want to try.
I'm using Exiztenz 3.1.5 as my ROM...
My music player is PowerAMP > I set the equalizer to "Rock" > the the bass knob 1 third up and the treble 2 thirds up.
I use Sony stock audio settings > sound effects > equalizer on "Heavy" > headphone settings on Studio > Headphones as STH-30.
Then i use skull candy "smokin buds" as my headset.
Great for my liking, i only listen to EDM and Hip Hop
Does viper4android works on stock rooted .402?

yeah.. same here.. Viper makes the phone sound louder but, stock config sound just way better and clean.. People often confuse "Good Quality" with "More Volume"
Thanks for yours replies, but what configuration do you use on Sound Effects?
Is there any way to adjust phone speakers' volumes seperately? My top speaker is louder than bottom speaker. And call sound is low.

Introducing LiveBass HiFi...
Deep punchy bass and crisp highs. Realistic environments. Enhances low quality audio files.
Available in Concert, Studio, and Pro (my signature effect) for phone speakers, earbuds, and headphones.
Tweaks may be necessary for optimal sound for your listening device and audio player.
I created the profiles for the devices listed below, but any rooted device with ViPER Audio can use them.
Concert- Loud with extreme punchy bass and some reverb.
Studio- Sounds like a recording studio, minimal reverb.
Pro- Loud with punchy bass and optimal reverb.
Supported Devices:
Any rooted device with ViPER Audio.
Special Supported Audio Players (The players I used in the creation of FS LiveBass HiFi):
Coolpad Arise 5560S - This is a cheap good stock android phone. It is rootable and has a 1.2GHz Dual Core CPU and 512mb of ram. Costs $20 at your local Kroger, Dillon's, or Gerbe's grocery store.
Samsung Galaxy Centura - This is a common android Straight Talk or Tracfone phone. You can get a refurbished one for around $10. It is also rootable.
Moto E LTE (Surnia)
Special Supported Listening Devices (The listening devices I used in the creation of FS LiveBass HiFi):
JVC Riptidz HAFX8B
Nakamichi 780M
Nakamichi NC40
Koss Plugs

*A Timex Alarm Clock* (Used for bluetooth speaker, so the sound may not be the best for a normal BT Speaker)

The devices in the list are the ones I have. My profiles may sound different on your devices. If you don't like it, you can change the settings. For you, I would recommend changing to Master Gain (Limiter) output gain to a lower setting, and have playback gain control off along with extra loud off.

No DDC's yet. Sorry, been kinda busy.
V3 is here! More audio profiles, add support for Moto E and JVC Xtreme Xplosives, more convolvers (not mine), and more!
A reminder to all: any profile can be tweaked. So blowing up your stuff is your fault, not mine. *This is your disclaimer*
No DDCs yet, I'll be leaving for the U.S.A.F. BMT on April 10th. I'll be be getting better equipment as well (likely toward the end of this year or early next year), it's going to be at least $5k.
Also I have a new music streaming service coming... it will be live after I get back from the military and set it up (could be a year as Cyber Transport has 8 months of training). You can try the service until it goes down on April 10th at audify.cf/audify
The title is misleading as all hell considering this isn't an actual mod.

This is just a bunch of V4A IRS and Profiles.
So it's not that misleading.

.-. ummmmm. Okay, if you say so.

Audio Tuner, MaxxAudio

Does anyone know about a MAXXaudio or Audio tuner zip for CM12.1 or CM13?
Currently I am on OxygenOS 2.1.2 and I think the Audio Tuner (or MaxxAudio) is quite good (if you tune it right).
I would love to have that on CM12.1 instead of the current AudioFX (which doesn't support bass boost on speaker).
EDIT: similar thread found: http://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-2/help/one-plus-maxx-audio-effects-exodus-rom-t3231418
Thanks

[FEATURE REQUEST] AudioFX like audio eq control app inbuilt

There is no eq apps built in. Since I came from cm and was so addicted to the audiofx on cm, I miss that feature.
It would be nice if PA had such an option. Maybe the DFX audio Enhancer available for Windows like software with high quality eq settings fidelity surround and bass boost. :good:
