How to downgrade SM-G800H /DS from android 5.11 to 4.42 - Galaxy S5 Mini General

How can i go back to 4.4.2 from 5.11
first i have tried with odin several kitkat roms but everyone has failed
than
i tried with kies but the same
now
i have a failed installation with odin but it seems to run G800HXXU1AOH3_G800HZTO1ANL1
so i will try to research a guide to downgrade from 5.11 to 4.4.2
all hints and guides are welcome

solved
this version is ok G800HXXU1ANGF_G800HOJV1ANG5
stockrom from sammobile
advanced wipe all in twrp 3.0
flash with odin 3.10.7_____G800HXXU1ANGF_G800HOJV1ANG5
thats it

Try this one http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s5-mini/development/stock-rom-tweaked-deodexed-t3118918
And don't use the clean version !!

There is no Odin flashable file of KitKat available. You have to root your device first then flash custom KitKat roms via custom recoveries.

There is no official 4.2.2.
The last official rom is a 4.3.
Search sammobile for you're last 4.3 rom.
Downloading from there than you can use odin.

Its safe when you follow the guide.
You can get a softbrick, do a full wipe when you finished flashing, than your phone wil start.
Notice that after flashing it can take up some time before it boots.

thanks you so much coolhof
If you follow the steps from the OP than you are 99% safe.
Make a nandroid and a backup from your efs before flashing a kk rom.

[Q] Help! Can't find anywhere stock rom 4.4.2 for my baseband

I will try to be as short as possible and any help or feedback, would be higly appreciated
After 3 weeks of trying leaked lollipop on my SM-9005 ( flashed everything from odin including pit ) i decided to go back to stock 4.4.2 where i was on the 1st place...till official release of 5.0
The result?I read every single thread on xda and similar forums, after succesfully flashing stock roms supposingly that would fit my phone, even pit file and aswell rooting it and trying custom roms...i ended up with baseband unknown and imei null and ofcourse most of you know what that means,no need to explain.
Finally the only thing that revived my phone was ,after 4 hours of a dead device, meaning no reception and imei, flashing back the leaked lollipop...at least i have a phone now...
My baseband is N9005XXEGBNL8 which is not on samsung firmware stock section and even if i searched and searched i couldnt find it...
Should i stay then on leaked lollipop to be safe that i 'll have a working phone?Anyone can tell me where can i find my baseband and i should flash it normally or with pit from odin again just in case im lucky?
thank you in advance
Anyone..?

New OTA update - BuIld LMY47X.G928CXXU2A0J5 blocks recovery and root on G928C

Guys I have a G928C model which just received an OTA update of some 150MB. I can confirm that it is a fresh update which came today.
After updating I tried flashing custom recovery following the method mentioned on [HOW TO] Rooting Flashing Custom Recovery & Kernal thread. Odin fails to flash recovery, stock recovery remains. Other two images are of me trying to flash the older stock rom which gives another strange error.
Please help me out.
Did you enable the option oem unlock in developers options?
OEM unlock and usb debugging were on
MD5 of the files were ok? I assume you have the kernel/recovery specifically for your device.
No issues with MD5, kernel or recovery. Was running the device with custom recovery, kernel and root before i went back to stock and updated it OTA.
It is mentioned a few times that J5 is NOT downgradeable, so no chance to go back to you old rom!
and, if i remember right, it also has been mentioned that J5 blocks custom recovery! search in the general section!

HELP: Installed ROM now no network

Hi all,
I am starting a new post as I could not post in the
[ROM](5.1.1 TouchWiz)Tazzy-aurora-Note3-Full note 5 port Stable T-6.1 (19-1-2016)
area, being new and all.
So I flashed:
1. Kernel_Cleaning_AudaxL_v2.9
2. [5.1.1]Tazzy-aurora.Note3.Full.Note5.Port.T-6.1.zip
and now my phone is not registering on the mobile network.
PLEASE HELP!!
Upon restarting I get a message at the top of Samsung screen logo in Red:
kernel is not SEANDROID enforcing.
Thanks
B.

No, go to Samsung updates.com or Sam Mobile and download a firmware for your phone. Firmware is an orginal "rom" for your device From Samsung, and flash it using odin. Your problem could be with the efs files, I had that issue Too with my note 3, you should always back up Your efs files.
Goodluck!
The rom on the phone is probably not compatible with the phone's current modem and or bootloader.
I recommend flashing the latest stock rom via Odin, make sur everything works, then install twrp and a custom rom.

"Firmware" is not what you should be flashing.....that is just the kernel, modem and a few other things. You need to flash a complete PB1 Restore

Manual reboot your phone to recovery mode , factory wipe and catche wipe then reboot . If not working reinstall the pb1 full stock rom or MM pd1 . ( Just download those roms from this site )
