Software version: D80210a-TMO-XX
ROOTED and i want to remove root
I just want to know can i flash EUR rom or i must again download TMO rom ?

[Q] Noob gifted phone. Can't upgrade from 4.3?

Hey there xda.
I received this Galaxy S4 from a friend of mine who I no longer have contact with. For a while, I've tried upgrading from 4.3 to 4.4 using the regular in-phone option with no luck. It goes through the download and installation and optimization of apps but it still stays at 4.3. My friend had told me he had rooted and messed with the software on the phone but that it should be fine. I just can't seem to get the automatic update to work.
When I look in the 'About Phone' option, I see the following:
Software Version: L720VPUEMJA
Hardware Version: L720.08
Model Number: SPH-L720
Android Version: 4.3
Baseband Version: :720VPUEMJA
Kernal Version: 3.4.0-1927016

How do I go about manually updating to the most recent version of Android? I'm a complete noob with this and have never done it before. Can anyone point me to things I need to download and the steps I need to follow to upgrade?

yes you can, i have it on mine, that's a Canadian version.

Just wondering if VOLTEis supported on the S8 (Model: SM-G950U)? I can't seem to find this option to enable or disable it in the phone settings. I bought this phone in China.

It would be B03 right? How do I do about updating it? Is there an offical download via recovery available?
