About Project:
Citrus-CAF, unlike the name suggests, was initially based off CyanogenMod, in the early days of Marshmallow, we even had another name at that point. Later, taking into consideration feedbacks of the very first slew of testers and carefully studying the needs and demands of our users, we rebased the project to Code Aurora Sources, more commonly known as CAF. Time went by and Nougat released, and we decided that it was time, Citrus-CAF had to see the daylight. We rebased everything to the brank spanking Nougat released. Later we realized the true potential of CAF tags, how each of them altered the device performance on different SOCs. After a lot of thinking, we decided to keep different sources for difference SOCs in our git and hours of debugging later, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 was the first device to get a taste of our Tangy Nougat. In the beginning, it was just two people behind , but in time, a lot of people joined us, as each giving their own contibutions.
Citrus-CAF was built to create an amazing combination of customization, performance and most of the demanded features by our users, whereas we've Cardinal, to deliver minimal customizations, but the greatest stability!
Meanwhile, all of our Tangy sources are publicly available on our Github. We also do own a Google+ Community, where you can.... uhm... you know, do what all others do at forums and communities! (Just kidding, we got builds over there and a feature-wish bucket too ) Hope you enjoy your stay and taste the Tanginess of our work!

I don't know about santoni but this is what I am using in my kenzo, fastest rom with best battery backup, now will try citrus in my santoni

recent does not work

worth to try, since i've stuck too long in AEX

Is Vulcan API included in this rom??

Nice ROM! No bugs (recent apps fix works perfectly), no heating, everything working perfect so far

Everything seems to work fine, except for a curious bug that I found.
When you are listening music with headphones and then you take a Screenshot, after the Screenshot sound effect, music will start to play in the speakers also.

Didn't happen to me. Tried on Spotify and poweramp.. Try disabling screenshot sound from Setting->sound->other sound.

IR Blaster doesn't work. Even recents key. Rest all good.

Changelog:
Most of the changes in few more subsequent builds will be on the kernel side and Candy source side. Keeping in mind stable kernel rules as pointed out by @nathanchance in his thread for upstreaming android kernels and the flash kernel thread, I will try keeping the kernel shipping with the ROM up to date with commits from kernel.org , CAF and Google's Kernel/Common repo. I will not add any useless governors or i/o schedulers or useless patches. However, I have considered adding a few things which I think are useful for me and other users too. The kernel/ROM will aim towards giving a stable experience to users than adding hundreds of features which no one will use. Here is a brief changelog wrt the previous build, visit the Kernel source linked in the OP for details.

Q & A
Read this before telling everyone something is broken!
1. Android Pay isn't working!! What do I do?
Go into Magisk settings and toggle on the "Hide Magisk" option. Then try again. Also, I've found once in a great while, even with this enabled, it will say it failed - if this happens, just try again...it'll work.
2. Help! I can't find more Q & A entries! Why is there only one??

You need to provide a log in order for the issue to be addressed. Please also include how to reproduce the reported bug if possible.
If you need a log extracting app, try out MatLog and/or paste your log into an online text sharing site like hastebin.com.

Developer: I see you have 2 threads repeated talking about the same topic, Can you please delete one thread and let THE OTHER ONE for organization issue. What is idea of repeating the same thread twice in the forum?

I have a tip for you ROM "creators" , in the features log just put in : Everything the other Roms have, but when you go into about device it says DarkAquarios. No shade.

Hahaha, don't know if it's hilarious or sad that all these copycat ROMs are completely the same, that all those efforts are 100% redundant.

I build a crDroid Rom for the m9 Android 10 If anyone is intresstet so pls make a post so i can see If anyone wants this Rom.

GAPPS: DOWNLOAD GAPPS
First time installing crDroid to your ENTER-PHONE-NAME, or coming from another ROM: <--THESE MAY NEED UPDATING FOR YOUR PARTICULAR DEVICE; BE THOROUGH IN INSTRUCTIONS-->
** Make sure you're running a proper working Recovery (CWM or TWRP)
1) Copy crDroid zip, gapps zip <--& vendor img, if applicable--> to your device
2) Boot into Recovery
3) Wipe cache, system, & data (or just cache & system for a dirty flash).
4) Flash ROM
8) Flash gapps
9) Boot up

For root, AFTER you boot into the ROM, you can go back to recovery and install Magisk XX.x (whatever is most recent).
Upgrading from earlier version of crDroid:
The only difference between clean flash as above and upgrading is you just wipe system & cache, leaving data. Everything else is the same. ***Remember to always clean flash before reporting problems. Clean flashing is always the best method of ROM install.
