Android Smart Mirror - Repurposing Old Devices

Android Powered Mirror
If you're like me you hate looking in the mirror because my face resembles my Dad and HE MADE IT A GOAL OF HIS TO NEVER LET ME BE HAPPY!
But one way you can improve your mirror experience is integrating it with Android. Have you guys seen all of those "Smart Mirror" DIY projects floating around the internet? Most of them are using monitors powers by raspberry pis but I was thinking that maybe you could get the same effect using an Android tablet. Sure enough you can!

I found these instructions online that show you how to mount a tablet on the back of a two way mirror. It looks amazing! This project was put together my HannahMitt on GitHub. I'll leave a link to the project at the bottom of the post. She used an old Nexus 7 2012, but any Android tablet should work just fine.
Checkout this video for a walkthrough on how to get everything setup.

Personal Cloud Designed to Run on Raspberry Pi

The Nimbus Personal Cloud has just been released - I am very excited to share it with the XDA community!
Nimbus lets you store, share and stream your files anywhere and is designed to run on nothing but an external hard drive and Raspberry Pi. Best of all it's 100% free.
If you're interested, head over to cloudnimbus.org, check out the demo, and set up your own personal cloud if you have a spare RPi laying around.
I would love to hear your feedback. Let me know what you think!

Nimbus client VM screen size
Hi,
I've started using Nimbus Cloud at the company I work and installed Centos7.5 KDE Workstation.
Though I didn't find the way to set the screen size and the opened screen is really small 800x600. It's quite difficult to run Eclipse for C++ and Java development.
Is there a way to configure the client VM screen size?
Thanks
Zeev.

F2 Uwatch, anyone has one?

Greetings:
I have found an F2 Uwatch Smartwatch while browsing Aliexpress market place.
Does anyone out there have this watch or have good information about it?
Here is a picture of it:

It's ok
I have one. They are not too bad with the basic functions. The app is in a huge need of updating as Android won't sync properly with the phone yet some similar apps will but not give full functionality. IPhones version of the mediatek app works so much better. As for software and apps on the watch very limited, no ability to update the firmware or backgrounds and the downloadable applications from the apks don't work properly. Build quality is great but without software development it's as unless as tits on a bull.

[DEV][LIB][Opensource] Android Circle Wave Progress- Beautiful ProgessView

Android Circle Wave Progress View
So, while working on one of my applications, i needed to load a asynchronous task and tired of using the old Progress bars, i wanted to revamp the UI, hence Circle Wave Progress View was born. It is a super simple Custom View for Android which shows the progress of your task in a Beautiful manner. It can be easily modified, moreover you can use it by just importing a single class. I have hosted this project on the Github. Do check it out, fork it, improve it and provide your feedback.
