Two Different international versions of the N 6P??? - Nexus 6P Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello everyone, I am looking to purchase a Nexus 6P International version. I need the international version since some of the LTE bands that I need are no available in the US version. Since the Google store wont allow you to buy the International version and have it delivered to a US address I have to go with a third party vendor. So when I check on sites like Expansys USA (This people only sell international versions, I know I checked) , I find that there are 2 different phones for the international version. They seem to have different processor and some other different specs as well as different prices.. Can anyone here tell me whats up with this???

Only UK or US too?

I'm confused.....
is the hero available in the USA or is it just for the UK?
do tmobile stores have it?
I think T-Mobile in the USA just released the HTC Magic, I doubt there going to release the Hero in USA right now as that would really kill or atleast limit the turnover for the HTC Magic.
You can import one to the USA but you wouldn't get 3G working.
Or you could just wait for it to come to the USA, may be a long wait though.
it will come to the USA soon

http://www.engadget.com/2009/07/31/htc-hero-coming-october-11th-to-sprint/
will the sprint branded one work on tmobile though?
hmmm
Sprint uses CDMA whereas T-Mobile is GSM. Any version for Sprint would have to have a completely different radio, so it's unlikely to work on T-Mobile.
Regards,
Dave
yeah i read that on engadget as well. man sprint is lucky to be getting such great devices like the pre and now hero... almost makes me wanna switch to get both... at&t needs to step it up and get something. even the tp2 is goin to tmo first... iphone is blah at this point

StilGut UltraSlim

Just found this case on Amazon (http://www.amazon.de/dp/B005552S5A), looks pretty good. Anyone using this, thinking about getting this one and replacing my Acer case.

I just ordered it directly from the chinese manufacturer last week for 50$ incl. shipping to germany. I can tell you more and make some pictures when it is arrived.
That looks to be the Slim Folio Roocase, but translated so I'm not sure. . . I personally have a Roocase and LOVE IT! I tried several cases before getting it, and its phenominal

That looks like a nice case, can you give a link to the manufacturer? I guess shipping to Finland is similar to Germany, I think I'll get it too. Thanks!
I will second that.
If you let us know the manufacturer link that would be much appreciated. ^ ^
That sure does look like the Bluerex case. I wonder if they're marketing the same case under different names.

Waste of a post .... None of the galaxy notes released worldwide has NFC or 4glte support.. so the Indian version won't have it too
This has already been discussed. Asian/European Editions will not have it.
The American model is said to not have it (or have an optional method to add on).
However as of now , I believe Asia-Europe were quoted not to have it since there was no real usage.
USA has around 20,000 shops or so to support it. Which honestly is not much.
Perhaps in Samsung Galaxy Note Plus ;-)

Finally back to the green guy!!!

After using the iPhone 4 for about half a year, I just couldn't handle how boring it was anymore. I purchased a Nexus S on Evil-Bay last week and I just picked it up from the post office. I'm just glad to be back.
The phone I bought came with ICS, but I was wondering if you guy can tell me if this is stock or not?

Also, Since this is my first Nexus. I wanted to know if this is the original i9020 or is a A or T? The model number says it's an i9020, but this model is a white version and I've never seen a T version of the white or i9020. So is my model a rare version?
Hi there, I just read the labels and you have the Korean M200 version. I am Korean and the entire label is in Korean.
Sent from my Transformer Prime TF201 using Tapatalk
yup, its stock ics.
But does it get 3g on tmobile ?
Sent from my Nexus S using xda premium
That's what I need to know. From what I've read through the xda archives is that it does work. I'm going to take to the T-Mobile store after work and see if anybody there can let me borrow their sim card for a test.
I bought mine I9023 in Shenzhen (China) while visiting my son who lives over there. I am dutch but live in germany, No problems at al lat 3G , tested with TMobile and Vodafone

Buying advices for foreigners

I will collect all buying advices for all regions for the new nexus 7.
1. For Europe:
suggestion one get it from ebay.co.uk
You will pay no taxes and shipping is cheap.
Second suggestion
Use ebay.com or swappa.com you will pay more for shipping and taxes but depending on the exchange rate it can still be quite cheap
third and propably the cheapest get it from ebuyer.com through boarderlinx they accept paypal(which doesn't seem to work) i used google checkout and my order was accepted.
2.Asia
I think you are stugged with buying it from ebay.com or find a importer (there are afaik now some good ones in japan and southkorea specialized on tech a friend of mine bought a kindle fire there 2 days after release the prices are mad though)
i think and it would be great if smb could recheck ebuyer or an american site would work with borderlinx
please calculate with import taxes!!
have you found a good australian site?
developing............
This thread has been folded into the sticky covering purchasing from retailers other than the Play Store.
Also, for future reference, the Q&A section is only for asking questions, not threads like this one.
