Hi, i have problem with my asus zenfone 2 laser 5.0 , i can`t use the "swipe lock" and "none" what can i do , please help me , i bought this phone yesterday..

Did you buy the phone used?
The encryption security feature has been enabled. When this is enabled, you can't NOT have a secure unlock screen.
To restore the regular (insecure) swipe to unlock, you must disable the encryption setting

I have a problem with my lock screen with pin lock enabled (due to exchange email from work) and lock delay so I can still use my shortcuts. Well I now have a "recovery password" button overlaps my shortcuts.

I have to swipe up to show the unlock pattern. Is it possible to show the unlock pattern directly?

Recently I have tried for the first time the Private mode option in order to see how that mode works, and when I turned it off the lock screen is requesting the password or the finger swipe. No chance to disable them, and now everytime i have to swipe finger to unlock it.
How to disable this? Please check the photo as the Swipe mode and None are grayed out. I tried many things but nothing helps. Thanks

I updated my S7 edge (no root) to Oreo and now i can't access Private mode with fingerprints.. it say "if you want to use fingerprints to access Private mode you must set also you lockscreen with a secure code/model/etc"

It is no sense. With secured lockscreen you can use fingerprints and with no security lockscreen you can use only model than all people can see?!? :crying: :crying:

In my Asus Max Pro M1 Fingerprint Option is missing barter updating it to the pie 16.2017.1903.050.
