[Contribute]Separate Forum Request! - Lenovo A6000/Plus Questions & Answers

Hi guys ,Let me introduce I am a user
of lenovo A6000 and I created this thread
for the purpose of getting a separate fOrum for lenovo A6000/plus instead of general discussion.
This device reached 1 year but still no support from xda .As we have seen all devices are getting separate forum in quick succession as for example Redmi
3.Most surprisingly that even Redmi 2 recently got a forum along with redmi 3 .Our device has same specs as that
of redmi 2 and I think we have developers for custom roms kernels, etc. We recently got source build of cm 13 by a great developer flourmo,cm12 by a talented person ED300
.On the other hand ,Chhapil did a really outstanding work by making a awaited custom kernel for this device
.Chhapil has compiled from official
lenovo kk source which is complete now.We got another reason for a separate forum i.e.A complete kernel source code released by lenovo.
Lastly I request you to request xda to create a separate forum for A6000 on below link
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1660354
A contribution from you will be a great help for further development of this awesome device.
Thanx guys lets see what xda do.

[Q] Requesting kernel development for aosp lollipop roms

Coming from Galaxy s3, the only thing I miss on my s4 is the lack of a good aosp kernel. It is sad to see that at present there are no aosp/cm kernels under development. On my s3 there was boeffla kernel available which had a lot of settings we could play with and get the most out of the phone. I hope someone can take up this herculean task and provide us with a super kernel. I know it is just too much to ask for but if someone could take the initiative, me and some of the users here would be more than willing to participate as beta testers and do our part.
Wrong thread.THIS IS ANDRIOD DEVOLOPMENT THREAD.and this post is actually useless as it is a request for ETA.Also persues kernel dev told that he will work on this when he get time.Totally unnessary .please do some research as one of members have same post in s4 QandA
Keep calm.Coz IPL 8 belongs to KKR
The time spent whining about no development would be better spent in learning how to do it yourself. Remember, this is XDA-DEVELOPERS, not XDA-USERS and the developers don't have to do anything if they don't want to.

Hello redmi 2 users,
Some of u guys may have faced problems in tracking gzr thread for redmi 2 in recent time ,and I m here to inform WHERE? AND WHY? about our beloved gzr thread
1- WHERE ??
The gzr ROMs for redmi 2 has been moved to a new location ie our own gzr section ,a ROM section fully dedicated for gzr ROMs and device which have gzr ROMs
BTW new link is this
https://forum.xda-developers.com/gr...lopment/rom-tesla-rom-3-0-beta-t3476487/page1
2- WHY ??
The reason why we moved is that
*1st we now have a dedicated thread :silly:
*2nd all the ROM developers of gzr ROMs will be available at a same place so you can get a timely and better resolution of ur problem and in return our developers will get a more wide range of data about bugs which we might have in present or future .
So that would be it hope all u guys would be happy to get this information
Bye

Umidigi crystal pro

Umidigi seems to have been left out entirely by all rom devs for reasons unknown to us, please any kind hearted rom dev should please help us users, especially the crystal 4gb/64gb MK6750T version, it comes with Android nougat aosp boring and with very little functionality.
Someone should please port lineageOS 14.1 or 15 for our device
This is on behalf of all the numerous users of umidigi crystal pro

Needing testers for Motorola Moto G22

Introducing Motorola Moto G22 (hawaiip) developer community, this is an initiative to bring testers under the same roof for the betterment of development for Hawaiip
I advise people with the device to come forth as testers, please take note that it is only with your support that development with flourish. Regardless of the number of developers, there's no point when there's no one to test.
Requirements to be added as a tester:
1. Must have the device with an unlocked bootloader.
2. Must be knowledgeable and experienced enough with custom ROMs flashing.
3. A reliable internet connection is recommended.
4. Access to a pc would be beneficial for obtaining logs, but isn't necessary.
5. Should be active. You will be removed if inactive for longer periods.
6. Should be loyal to the team. If found to be leaking builds or even mere screenshots, you will be removed.
{Mod edit} If you meet all the necessary requirements and are interested to volunteer as a tester. Answer this post

Hi , i would like to be a tester , i dont have much knowledge in flashing (but i have some basic knowledge and i alr flashed roms on other devices) other than that , i have everything required , where should i contact you? Over discord or in this thread?
Hi. I would like to be a tester. I have many years of basic custom-rom flashing experience on three mobile phones. Can follow any instructions for debugging/taking debug-logs.
Why they don't add our device into the devices list? There's the G20 but not out G22
i would like to be a tester , I have many years flashing roms whit moto g22 have 1 year and ready for give help if it possible
I would love to. I've got a spare hawaiip i'm not using at the moment, and feel quite comfortable with the task as I used to cook my own roms.

just one thing, will there be custom things? (custom roms and recoveries) cause thats what im searching for the G22.
Similarly here, i have flashing experience all the way back to the htc dream and have dome it man times before.
I would like to see a version of LoS for our device, preferably based on android 13 or newer depending on when it is made.
