after installing this stock based rom my phone stuck on nokia logo ,,,,i think there is problem with this rom,,,please correct it
There is no problem based this ROM becaus it have many preloaded app that's why it take more time to Start it take 2-4 mins to start at first time

I have a Sprint Mogul that is less then 3 months old that I update about two months ago to the newest rom out to get my BT headset to work (still didn't). Now in the last 4 days the phone either won't start or keeps shutting off an rebooting itself. I get no errors and every once in a while the phone will act normal for about 20 minutes then go back to doing it. I'm about to flash it again with the same rom but is there any other solution... Help!!
I would recommend reflashing the ROM. if you're using the stock rom, and you haven't done the hard-spl hack, that will probably take care of the problem.
Alternately, you could try doing the latest mods and install a good custom firmware, which could take care of the problems and give you Rev A and GPS, which I find to be fun, if nothing else.
do you have any links to these suggestions... I tried the rom update and the phone was fine for 12 hours then went back to its old ways.... thanks for your reply.
i have installed FROYO x RED build it seem to work fine but after 5 min it freez i must remove battery to rebot.
any ideas to fix it?/

Same problem here, freezes every time. What is a decent OS that is stable, and doesn't eat the battery? And has a camera that actually works?

Hey Guys,
Its most likely a Kernel problem so you need to update the kernel
to do this you simply have to overwrite the files "modulesxxxxxx.tar.gz" and “zImagexxxxxx” with the new ones

Hey guys,
My situation is this, I bought a HD2 from ebay and it had no rom on it at all, So like everyone else here I flashed the stock rom and it worked perfectly except for one freeze up that I can remember.
Then I continued looking through the forums and found that Android could be flashed onto NAND so like everyone else I did it.
After about two days of use the phone started freezing and shutting down every time I went to play an app for more than five minutes.
The problems I have now -
I can't re install the HD2 stock rom (2.10) because it gets stuck at 8% and decides to give me a 204 error.
I tried re installing the HD2 stock rom (1.48) and that just leaves me frozen and hanging at startup
Now in a last ditch effort I've used task29 on my device and then install stock rom but I still get stuck at boot screen. So I then flashed this Version 6.5.3.1.4b custom rom
So currently my device is useless.
I really would like Android 2.2 running smoothly on my device again so any help is welcome.

I have a Problem with my Streak. If I install a new Rom eversthing runs just perfekt for 2-4 days. Just at one moment the device begin rebooting in a loop and doesnt start at all. The only solution is to make a total reset and reinstalling the rom one more time.
This problem is there with all different roms.

i can't see the steps of your 'installation procedure', so i can't say anything...
just be sure that you have follow the 'instruction' so well & don't missed even a single point...
Mine restarts every time I pull it off the charger. Very strange to say the least. I have followed the instructions above and reinstalled the ROM in multiple occasions. By now I am used to it and will buy a new battery just to eliminate that as a cause.

etc etc...
On every rom i have issue that phone after sometimes hangs and freezes forever i have to force reboot it and that does nothing same thing, i need to do clean flash again and it will work 1-7 days without problem than after that again same thing.
Very Strange, here is my log where phone freezes forever

Do you try flash firmware every time?
