I have installed Resurrection Remix ROM on Zenfone 5 (A501CG) by @quanganh2627 and found few bugs:
Unable to Search Network and set Manual Network
On inserting/removing OTG (using Sandisk Flash OTG) the SystemUI crashes and sometimes few apps are also not located
Unable to store apps to SD card only to internal
ASUS Camera app is not updating
Freezes sometime, not smooth
After Reboot, it take much time to get it stable

Hi folks. Problem here today.
2 months back, I flashed Resurrection Remix on my Gt-19300I, everything was fine, until about a week ago. That's when I started noticing bugs, I didn't both we about it so much. But now I am, I cannot copy/modify files on my SD card from the Default file manager, I installed fz file manager and tried it, but I can't. After digging around for a while, I find that I have to enable write access in my SD card. Ayt, I do that. And then after clicking on the "select SD card" I get an error, saying I have to choose the root for the storage card. Would show screenshots but I need 10 posts to make that happen
Am I doing something wrong?

Use SD fix from play store
Tried it, it kept saying everything is in order [also SD fix is for kit Kat, resurrection Remix is based on lollipop 5.1.1]. If the app you are talking about is different than the one I used, do you have a link to the app you are talking about?

Using WiLiteNeo MM 6.0.1 (all builds) from Here
Default WiLiteNeo
SDcard works, shows up and is usable by both WiLiteNeo and TWRP
Install the usual apps, facebook, whats app, game dev story
Works for a few days.
Then WiLiteNeo will show the card as "Corrupted"
Boot into TWRP, card shows up as fine and working.
Card is r/w by Windows.
Try to fix/config/setup in WiLiteNeo and it still shows as "Corrupted"
Reset back to default WiLiteNeo and the card works again.
A few days later, it shows as corrupted but works in TWRP.
chkdsk x: /r on w8.1 finds broken chains and fixes them, but still MM 6.0.1 shows the card as corrupted.
The card is a Samsung evo 32gb.
Any ideas?
Test with a stock ROM for a week, if it corrupts again, switch SDCards and test again, if not, likely the custom ROM
I'm thinking it is a rom problem.
Stock Lollipop and Marshmallow didn't show this issue.

I'm thinking it could be a fake/replica SD card. You know, with this high level of counterfeiting nowadays you can't really tell whether a "genuine" SD card is really genuine until you use it for a long time. I'm suggesting you to try another one from a local store you trust and use it for like a week? if the issue disappeared then that's it, otherwise it's a rom problem.
so, I recently installed the official MIUI 8 (5.1.1) ROM on my redmi 2. everything is great, but I can't find a way for installing or moving the apps to the SD card. I've tried the usual apps on the play store, but no dice.
is there any other way to do this? or am I doing something wrong?
MIUI doesn't allow install apps in sd Card. You can try link2sd if you have root.

so I have a g530h dual sim(xxu), I had a KitKat android version 4.4.4 and was really slow sometimes, so I wanted to test some different Roms and I'm new at it but I know my ways in the computer so I wasn't totally lost. I have a old totally working Rom I don't like, and the RessurectionRemix I flashed recently(I couldn't find a LineageOS to work on it), but it's not detecting the Sim Card and the camera is not working.
I need the Sim Card to work in the RR and I would like the camera working too, the IMEI is there when I dial *#06# but the Sim Card won't work. I saw some attempt to solve this kind of problem pasting a lib in /system/lib but is was for another Rom and another device the RR have only empty directory in my internal storage /system/tmp/local.
Can I copy files from the other rom to make it work?
Or you recommend a similar rom in wich the sim works?

hi my Rahul Boora
few days ago i flashed havoc os 2.7 clean install after coming from stock
i formatted data and system and then flashed the rom with gapps and other necessary files like dcrypt.zip magisk and 3gp ram fix .
every thing went well and after few minutes my phone boooted normally without any problems
now i faces two problems with my phone
1. whenever i delete any video file from my phone it starts hanging and sound becomes jerky its feels like that suddenly clock speed of processer is reduced . i have to reboot my phone to solve this else it will keep on running but will hang and work slowly
the media which i deletes is on phone memory. after restart it gets fixed until i deletes any new video files it behave normally. well i donot uses any big and heavy apps no games and ram always free about 1gb( i have 3gb version ). and internal memory is free about 15 gb
2. after each reboot double tap to wake up option enabled automatically each time i have to disable it
some info- i uses a memory card (class 4 ) to store my important data i tried without it and problem is same
please can any body provide solution to these problems other than clean flash again

found solution myself
i was new to this rooting bussiness so did one thing wrong
after flashing the recovery and formatting the phone i flashed decrypt zip first
instead it should be flashed after rom and magisk zip
that was the problem phone was still with encryption and casuing problems
