You have to try them.
RR gives more customization and newer updates.
CM gives more stability and better performance imo.
RR has almost all features which CM13 have, plus many more features. I was using Xposed and modules for features like Network speed meter and Multi windows in CM13 but as I switched to RR, I don't need experimental Xposed modules which fail many times because RR have them pre-installed. Also, as dgadelha has stopped development, there won't be any updates or bug fixes but on the other hand, tank0412 is working everyday and pushing updates to fix bugs. I'd recommend RR.
I recommend RR MM

Which is better / less bug / more stable nougat rom?

There are currently 5 roms which are running 7.1
1.CM 14.1 (official)
2. resurrection remix
3. Cypher Os
4. Aicp 7.1
5.Cm 14 (unofficial )
Amongst which of these is most stable and can be used as daily driver?
cm14 offical

Try them out.
Without a doubt CM14.1 The majority of the other custom Roms appears to be based on this instead of AOSP in any case, so whatever CM does, the others follow suit. Not as many options as some of the others roms, and the roms themselves always seem to be quite large considering they don't really feature many additional extras, but they generally work, and that for me is somewhat important.

Do CM14 affect the camera resolution? I mean, when I installed a cm rom on my old Galaxy S3, camera and sound were worse than when I had the rom stock, in the moto x style/pure is the same?

And mokee nightly

Custom Kernels?

Is there any proper stable custom kernel for redmi 2/prime to use with nougat? i am using official cyanogenmod 14.1 nightly.
Everything is perfect except the battery. Drains faster than expected. Is there any custom kernel for nougat made with the only purpose of battery tweaking?? I would like to know !
@SankarWayne if your device isn't 2014819 you can use LA kernel
right now I am using the Resurrection Remix official version. This is the smoothest Nougat ROM for redmi 2 I have seen so far. Battery is also good!!

Suggest best ROM...

CM13 or Nexus Experience 10.4 or Mokee or any other ? Which one is best for redmi 2 prime ? Suggest me a good Marshmallow ROM. Need it urgent. Don't care about VoLTE & don't care about frequent updates. Need good sound system with good battery life & stability.

How is cm13 ?
Cm 13 is better than mokee 6.0.1
I'm using LineageOS N, I think it is the best rom N (but have more battery drain than others). I have used Mokee 6.1 and is good and is now in release version, but have updates. CM13 I don't use and I think this project is over. I don't known others roms M....

cm 13 was good but there is no active development of that rom now.
mokee is based on cm 13. so you get all features of cm in mokee.
as of now mokee release mm rom is stable enough.
you won't see any bugs in that.
try AICP, it has regular updates.
In Mokee 6 (ultimate build and opengapps pico) I have a random reboot yesterday.......

Since CrDroid seems to be the best which is better [8.1 Oreo] or [7.1.2 Nougat] ?

From all the Roms the best one or the most popular one is Crdroid when we are talking about continued support to this day.
I am not talking about discontinued ROMS or ROMS with older versions of Android .
If you want a good performance and an uptodate device CrDroid is the clear winner maybe next is Fulmics but it has older android version so let's not talk about it .
So what do you think, which is better ?
Currently crdroid is best for oreo because of its stability and it is also packed with features. But i think resurrection remix is best for nougat.
The 8.1 rom is still in alpha so bare that in mind. The only issue i had with the 7.1.2 is the random app minimising
For now, there isn't so much 8.1 rom to be compared other than crDroid.
For 7.12, I prefer AICP and RR to crDroid (w/ solid kernel) because they run smoother than crDroid.

I went back to 7.1.2 because there is not an official version of opengapps for 8.1.
I don't have another source other than this site to find 8.1 ROMs. You can see here https://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/development
