Is there a Auto Root method? - P8lite Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello, I wanted to ask is there a Auto Root/One click root method?
Thanks

If you have unlocked bootloader download and run bat file
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1rEfLdrJbhKTTZ0ZlpYd3R2VWs/view?usp=sharing

first of all, do u have an ale-l04 or ale-l21 (or another kirin version)?
if you have snapdragon version and 4.4.4 then use kingroot. search xda
if you have the european/asian version use the link above

Thanks for the one-click-root! Is it possible that my phone runs slower after this, or am I just paranoid?

Hello Ashyx,
I know you are very great with making ROOT, and since you are here
may I know if you are interested making root for A9000 Hong Kong version 6.0.1?
i used Chainfire Auto root CF-Auto-Root-a9xltechn-a9xltezc-sma9000.zip
but that CF auto root did not work with A9000ZZH1BPI3 firmware.
I have tried like 20 times, and every time just stuck @recovery screen, then that's it,
if you have time could you please look into it, much appreciated...
Thank you
probably you must odin flash twrp and then super su from it...

but it did not work too, still give me stock recovery stock...
Try to flash twrp and immediately go in recovery, not boot rom.

>VERIFIED< TWRP and SuperSU files?

Hello. I want to root my P8 lite, but I've read about some tutorials/files being for chinese version of Marshmallow and other for Kirin chipset, and as a newbie, I'm quite lost in it and I don't know which files / tutorial I have to use. I really don't want to brick my phone.
So can someone upload or post link to files or whole unlocking bootloader->flashing TWRP->root tutorial that will work on 6.0 B574 version?

Bootloader unlocked! However, TWRP you linked me to seems to be for Kirin chipset only. How can I see if I have Kirin or different chipset?
EDIT: It also says
A: updated kernel image to stock Huawei Firmware Android MM ( B596 ).

hello,
can someone provide me with the stock recovery from my Huawei P10 Plus?
I'm running F/W version VKY-L09C432B123 (if that matters).
Thanks in advance.

You can go to hwmt.ru and search up your model and version for the correct update package, then use the huawei package extractor to get the recovery img.

I can't find my own model. I only see B120 or B125... Is it safe to install one of those recoveries?

Your region is C432. B123 is the firmware version you are running!

I try to get the official stock recovery, because I want the official updates. I have TWRP installed now. But I need the right stock recovery. I was looking for one for my software version, but I can't find it. I only see B120 and B125 but I'm running B123. If you know where to find it, please link it. If it's safe to install the recovery from one of the versions B125 or B120 while I'm running B123, just say it. If not, what are the differences between B120, B123 and B125?
Thanks in advance,
Leon
