HOW-TO remove Android
- Prepare a bootable USB Stick using your preferred Windows 10 distribution. (Rufus works fine on UEFI systems)
- Boot from USB (you can use built-in Windows Settings to do so - UEFI Firmware Settings - or you can manually switch to the BIOS menu by pressing the DEL button immediately after you turn on the tablet)
- When you reach the "Install" screen do not proceed. Press SHIFT + F10. A command prompt window will be opened.
- Execute these commands "diskpart", "select disk 0", "clean", "exit".
- Close the command prompt window.

Based on @Wootever thread layout.

Thank you for creating this new thread.
I'm still waiting for my X16 Power to arrive, it's going to be my first dual boot device. Happy to see that the X98 Pro rooting method works and worried to hear that there is a wakelock issue that seems difficult to fix.

Android is easily customizable and partially pre-rooted. (adb runs already as root and you can push files to system without having to manually root the system). I had to uninstall it due to some reasons such as buggy Stylus recognition, annoying otg wakelock and disk space hungry.
With a clean installation of Windows 10 Pro the tablet works absolutely great without any issue, even better than how it was with the original Windows installation.

Sorry to hear that you have uninstalled Android, I was hoping that you could provide info about its implementation on the X16. I really love Android and I think I can't live without it...
Now that you have made a clean installation of Windows 10, does the system still have the thermal throttling issues described in TechTablets.com?
Looking forward to learning interesting stuff from you.

I don't have enough time to support Android also on this device (as you can see, i'm already supporting other devices) so it was useless for me.
About the throttling issue, it seems that CPU doesn't throttle a lot now. Unfortunately on Windows (it should be Driver related) CPU gets throttled at just 85C, while on Android at 90C. That's what makes Windows a bit slower while running CPU/GPU Hungry software.

Do you know how to enter the UEFI? Is a USB keyboard needed? I would like to be able to boot from a pendrive and backup the system with Clonezilla

You just need to press (multiple times is better) the DEL key as soon as the Tablet turns on. You can use the Keyboard Cover if you have one or a USB Keyboard to get into it.

Hey thanks for this thread I picked up one of these tablets early on Dec. I was wondering if you know howhow, if all possible, to resize the windows / android partition ?

Thanks for the reply. If I could run an Android emulator to run the few apps I use I'd use the tablet exclusively with Win10. Do you have a guide on how to remove android and just windows 10?
Also have you experienced graphics drivers crashing on a fresh install of win10? I get it nearly every boot where when windows boots up to the desktop the screen goes black then after a couple of seconds it tells me the graphics drivers have recovered from a crash.

I'm experiencing some crashes too, but not on every boot. It happens so rarely that sometimes i forget about it. Current BIOS isn't completely stable, so we have to deal with it and wait for Teclast's "magic".

Thanks for the help I'll try it this evening. About the firmware updates I only see the teclast app on the Android side, is there a Windows equivilant for updating the firmware?

Thats wrong.
After i have delete all windows system ,Recovery partitons and the MSR.
then its possible to install windows 10 cleanly from USB Stick without a error.
but after that, the Tablet boot only in Windows.
I go into Bios, Change OS typ to Android, and voila, the dualbootask open.
it works great by me.

The WiFi is kinda weird but I haven't really looked into it too deep. It will not connect to my home WiFi network but it will to my neighbors and my cell phone. Go figure. I have been trying out different iso images from the many downloads but I can't fins one yet that will boot on my old dell dimensions 2400 desktop. One of the error messages that pops up is for the computer model check and of course it fails, among other things. If anyone knows of a download for an iso that will work on at least dell desktop computers, let me know.
If it's broken...beat it into submission until it works!

It wont let me repair, since repair requires reboot, but then GRUB kicks in everytime i reboot, therefore stuck. I popped in the cd and reinstalled Windows.... but lost every program,
this is a bit off topic, but how can i restore everything from my old win7 to my new win7? I tried using the comand prompt in the recovery page, but the programs are still missing, tried just copy and pasting from windows.old folder to current windows folder, no luck.

[Q] Toshiba Encore 8 with Android

Hi community,
I own a Toshiba Encore 8 and I am very happy with this machine, as it has a very powerful GPU. It runs games better than my notebook which has a Intel Core i5 (CPU)...

Since a long time ago I am searching for a way to run Android on it, because I want it mainly for gaming, and not work.
And before you post something like: "Put Bluestacks on it", here's my answer: Bluestacks EMULATES Android and so it runs slower than normal and it eats a huge amount of battery in a short period of time. And beside that, it doesn't want to go in fullscreen on my tablet. So please, don't post that.
I have found on the Internet, that the tablet IS capable of running android (In x86 mode)...
The tablet has an Inte Atom processor and therefore are much images on the Intel Website that I could download (https://01.org/android-ia/downloads). That's not the problem.
The problem is that when I flash a image to a stick, it won't recognize it when in UEFI BIOS.
I have tried many many sticks and external drives and no one worked. 4GB (3x), 8GB, 32GB (2x), 500GB, 1TB....
I also have tried many programs to flash those images and normal ISO files, like RUFUS, YUMI, WIN32IMAGER, UNETBOOTIN, etc...
(I've tried DD-Images from Android, X86 Android ISO Images, Ubuntu 14....)
The problem is that when I turn on the tablet and hold VOL+UP + PWR, it doesn't recognize the stick at all. When I select the stick (that has a empty description), it normally boots Windows 8.
I already have disabled Secure Boot, I already have toggled EHCI and XHCI mode, I already have turned BitLocker off, I already have upgraded the BIOS... Nothing helps...
Aaand, I already tried in Windows to select to boot from a drive... It restarts the machine, pops a UEFI message up saying that there are no drives and then it boots Widnwos 8...
Here are some pics of the problem:
Any solution will be very greatly appreciated. I'm sure that I am not the unique that want to put Android on that machine
Thanks in advance
I have the same tablet (WT8-A-102). I have tried many images from Android-X86 and have not had any problems to boot them from USB. You must use an UEFI image to be able to boot from USB. I have used different USB sticks and usually Rufus to create a UFEI bootable USB stick.
Most of the images I have tried (both Android 4 and Android 5) boot correctly but dont have support for WiFi and only shows image on external monitor. The image for T100 works best for me with image on tablet, sound, touch etc working but WiFi and physcal buttons are not working.
I have also tried AmiDUOS on the Encore. It emulates Android but is quite fast. The amout of free memory is a limitation with this solution.

How have you done this? I will greatly appreciate any instructions
I have already tried to toggle between GPT/MBR layout on Rufus and it won't recognize.
It would be very cool, if you could say which image on which site to download and which configurations that I should use on Rufus.
Thanks
I compared your screenshots with my Encore.
Boot menu Picture: If I don´t have an USB stick or an USB stick that is not UEFI bootable, my Encore looks like your screenshot. If I have an UEFI bootable USB stick, it will display name after (USB Memory: KingstonData Traveler 2.0).
BIOS settings Picture: Identical (I also have turned BitLocker off but I dont know if it is necessary.
Software that I have used to make bootable USB sticks:
sourceforge.net/projects/win32diskimager
I use version 0.9.5 for writing .IMG files to USB stick. No settings, just select image file, USB stick and write.
rufus.akeo.ie
I used Version 1.4.12 (Build 535) to write .ISO files to USB stick. Settings are "MBR for BIOS or UEFI", "FAT32", "4096".
I think the best image for Encore is the one for Asus T100 "android-x86-t100.img" from Android-X86 discussion group. Most of the images work, like "android-x86-4.4-r2.iso" but after boot, the image is sent to external monitor.
I have NOT found any image with working WiFi in Android yet, if anyone knows one, please post a link.
The images that you download must be 32 bit UEFI to be bootable on the Encore.
(New to this board and not allowed to post links yet).

If this works, I will compile my own Android Image to work with Wi-Fi... And, of course, post a link here (If it worked)
(I already have done stuff like this before...)
I will try with this instruction that you gave me. If it works, I will post here more detailed instructions (with printscreens)...
PS: I have just seen that you are freshly new in the forum. Welcome to XDA
Hi,
I have tried to put that IMG File with Win32DiskImager and IT WORKED! ( Thanks )
But, it won't boot complete...
Here some images what happened:
And then, the screen went black... And nothing happens.... nothing at all....
Have you found a image that runs the image on the internal dispay? If yes, which?
It might have the same issue Venue 8 Pros have. KMS doesn't initialize properly if it's not booted through the boot menu (if it is, GRUB will be run at the wrong resolution, and KMS is then fine).
I'm reading some (complex) tutorials to discover how to build a own Android Image based on a existing one...
First I am trying to find the image that works best for that tablet, after that I will try to modify the image...
If anyone already know which image works best, let me know... (Maybe T100?)
EDIT: I already have "disassembled" the squashfs in the img...
Wish me luck now
EDIT2: Seems that I am looking on the wrong side. Maybe @AntaresOne can help me.... Maybe...... Or just point me in the right direction....
I think the problems with no output on screen is related to the display driver. I get the same with many images (they boot and show text based information). When they switch to graphical information (the Android logo) the screen turns black. If you have an external monitor attached to your Encore (connected before you boot the USB stick), you will see Android boot and can control it from touchscreen (dfficult) or with keyboard/mouse in full HD (if your monitor supports it).
I think Asus T100 also have the option for external display and the image found here will display on Encore screen:

@AntaresOne doesn't want to help (He was online since the last days and I believe that he have seen this thread). He is a great guy, but I don't know why he doesn't want to help....
But anyway, I think I must post other thread in the Android Section... I can't resolve this by myself.

Interested in how this works out, also have an encore 2
Hey! Have any news?
Many Baytrail builds at android-x86.org works with Toshiba Encore (I have WT8-A version) but not 100%. An example is "Asus T100-TA Magic Stick" (check the "win-8-development" in this forum). On most builds I have tried, the WiFi is not working. With the "Magic Stick" version on the Encore, you can use WiFi (and all apps I have tested works fine). The problem with "Magic Stick" on the Encore is that the image is sent to external display (you have to have an external monitor attached to HDMI on the Encore). There are builds that work with internal display but I have not found one build that have both internal display and working WiFi on the Encore.

Could you tell me which build is working on INTERNAL display?
THis one from android x86 project working only with external.
Guys - any updates/progress with this project?
Hi, I am also interested in this project. Have the OP been successful with the WIFI molding stuff?

No, sadly I couldn't find a image with all drivers. Anyone interested should build a image for this tablet. I already lost my faith on putting android on this.
I use the latest Android-x86 4.4-r5 (KitKat-x86) from Android from "www.android-x86.org".
WiFi, sound, graphics etc works. I have not tried Bluetooth (I use keyboard/mouse with USB hub) and some hardware buttons do not work (you have to control volume from "settings"). It is fast and stable and all apps I have tested worked fine.
There is one big problem with this build (and many other):
Your Encore must have an external display connected to HDMI port (I guess external display is default and I dont know how to change it). Maybe some parameter in grub?
There are other Android builds that work with Encore internal display but the ones I tried did not have working WiFi.
Hi! I have the same tablet and I want to install Android on it, Android 6.0.1 to be more specific. I tried the live version, but the image was transferred to an external monitor and the Wireless card wasn't recognized. Will it do any differece if I would install Android and not just try a live version?

[ Success ] Ployer Momo7W - Clean Install Windows 10 Home with compression.

I found that it's very strange that there's no thread on XDA for this superb popular tablet.
This tablet is the most talked about among the Chinese, Vietnamese and Japanese tech nerd because of it cheap price.
It's the cheapest Windows Tablet at USD70 shipped to whole world, and USD48 factory price.

My goal here is to totally clean the 16GB emmc and clean / fresh install it with Windows 10 Home with compression to save space.
I will post my progress on the second post (SUCCESS!).
If any of you guys have this tablet and wanna try, I have attached the working drivers for this tablet that you can download below
Steps to repeat what I've accomplished:
- Charge full the tablet.
- Full reset existing Windows 8.1 with Bing x86
- Connect to internet, make sure the tablet is activated.
- Charge full the tablet again.
- While connected to the internet, do an in-place upgrade of it's existing Windows 8.1 with Bing x86 to Windows 10 Home x86 (from an iso in a thumbdrive) (This step is important! It make sure your Windows stay activated)
- Make sure all hardware is working and have correct driver and Windows 10 is activated
(connected standby seems not working very well)
- Charge full the tablet again.
- Insert Thumbdrive, Keyboard, Mouse into USB hub then insert to the tablet.
- Restart the tablet while holding down the shift key / or open Settings, and click/tap on the Update & security icon, then click/tap on Recovery on the left side, and click/tap on Restart now under Advanced startup on the right side.
- The tablet will reboot and you will see the Advanced Startup Options screen.
- From here click Troubleshoot then Advance Options then click Command Prompt.
- From command prompt, type d:/setup.exe (where d:/ is your thumbdrive letter).
- You should then be in the Windows Installer setup screen. This should be exactly the same as booting from USB.
- Follow the setup wizard to do clean install, you will see 5 partitions.
- First 2 partitions (System , EFI) you should LEAVE it, do not delete it.
- Delete the last 3 partitions (C:, Recovery and another Recovery)
- Choose to install Windows on the free space that you got after deleting the last 3 partitions. (No need to manually create a partition).
- Let it install normally, once done you will have C:/ or around 14.45GB.
- It will detect as a normal desktop, but once you install all the drivers on the first post, you will have a fully working tablet again.
Tips to save more space:
1) Use CompactOS:
From an administrative command prompt, simply use the commands:
Compact.exe /CompactOS:query This will query Windows to see if CompactOS is enabled or not
Compact.exe /CompactOS:always This will enable CompactOS
Compact.exe /CompactOS:never This will disable CompactOS
2) Disable hibernation.
3) Decrease pagefile size.
I have around 7GB free space on a fully updated Windows 10 Home installation even with default pagefile and hibernation turned on.
bro what software do you use to restore and backup the driver?
Nice Thread. Just what i was looking for!
How did you Update?
I tried via .iso on a USB drive.... did not work...
Great Job M$ did there -.- can't even see the full installation window.
(Attachment 1+2)
But well.... that's not the main problem here... it needs 6.27gb free space on C to install Windows 10 ~.~
(Attachment 3)
i still have my 4gb image partition....
Now trying the inplace Upgrade....
P.S About Drivers....

Here are mine on Google Drive:
drivers_Momo7W.zip
drive.google.com
Also made a Macrium Reflect Free Recovery Disk and saved the img on a USB drive... you never know.
Btw, i also got that error about USB not activated via BIOS. Did you also use a USB 3.0 stick? Heard that there are some driver problems with Windows10 installation and USB3.0
Edit:
Well... inplace upgrade also fails -.- needs 5gb more space.
(Attachment 4)
Edit 24.11.2021.
****ing Google drive changed the link.
Replaced it. Got about 2-4 emails per Week askig for the file. Should work again now.
i did it.... phew....
Skipped the 6.67gb limitation by selecting a USB drive as backup for the old windows... though didn't even use it in the end -.-
So i have now 6.6gb Free of 14gb.... oh yeah... and the 4gb image partition got deleted during installation.
The worst thing was the Touchscreen driver, because i did not update but delete all i also deleted Touchscreen drivers.
Touchscreen readme.txt insider the driver package said:
- Copy "SileadTouch.fw" to "C:\Windows\System32\Drivers"
- Update the driver "KMDF HID Minidriver for Touch I2C Device_15.46.55.386_6.2_x86"

Make sure you have a USB Keyboard or Mouse for the initial Setup and to install the drivers.
I installed VNC really fast and did all via PC ^^

Strange, I only have 2.5GB of free space doing exactly what you doing when I upgrade.
But the 4GB recovery partition is not deleted.
I'm still trying to find a way to boot from USB to do a clean install.
i used the .iso on a USB stick, mounted in windows and started the setup.
Btw, i can see your problems with Connected Standby....

Tough it was already horrible in windows8.1 so i never used that, and always turned off my device
Anyone else here has Stats from W8.1 times ?
Unfortunately I have no way of downgrading because I cannot boot from USB...
Tried the Windows 10 recovery menu to boot from EFI USB device also cannot.
shouldn't there be a "Restore Windows to previous state" ? or did you already clean the disk and deleted "old windows installations" ?

Yes, it restored back to Windows 10 Home.
My C:/Windows.old is less than 1MB.
I have no idea why this happened to my upgrade.
I'm trying to download the 5.7GB recovery file from Ployer website since a week ago but the speed to me is only around 5kb...
I believe this recovery file should be able to restore the tablet back to the original Chinese Windows 8.1 with Bing.
Linux
I dont know about you guys, but Personally, I would like to install linux on mine, but i still dont know whether it will support it. i have downloaded the iso for Kali linux and i plan to install it soon, but sadly, i cant seem to even reach the boot menu.
I think it would be nice for me to have a portable linux wireless tool, well if i can install it.
if anybody hass managed to install any linux distro on the ployer momo7w, please i would like to know how you got past the very fast boot screen, and into the bios.
How are you getting on with this?
I am just preparing to do the same upgrade... Amongst other things, the chinese writing, mid English Windows is driving me mad!!!
Have you managed to get everything up and running yet?
I have managed to get a few things sorted on this... Since you can only get it wrong once and its all over (and I nearly did!) I have managed to get USB booting, and I have also backed up the existing drivers on Windows 8.1, with a hope that in the worst case scenario (and I cant find the drivers for the touch screen!) I am hoping that I can send it looking through the backed up drivers and put it to use with windows 10!
So I am currently biting my fingernails, as I have been backing up for about 2.5 hours, and I have 18 minutes left, and I am hoping the battery holds out for the complete backup (Using Macrium on a live USB to do the backup!)
I will see how it goes, but happy to help you guys get your devices booting to USB if you want!
Running into issues! I can get a USB disk bootable, as I managed to back up from a UEFI USB, but now, I cannot build for love nor money - a Windows 10 installer UEFI USB! RUFUS, SARDU, none of them seem to be able to make it work
Got a bit more work to get done! I might event get a solution, but the way the ployer UEFI is setup, its missing some key settings in the UEFI, which without (CSM) we may not be able to clean install!
managed to get the new installation done, you will need a mostly charged tablet, a USB adapter cable, I would recommend a four port hub - one for a mouse, and one for your USB drive with the windows installer on it.
I am happy to share my BIOS settings so you guys can reproduce it! I am waiting for the install to finish and I will run all the drivers installations through, then I can try get the touch screen up and running with my backed up drivers! Hopefully a nice, clean (all English!) installation! I get driven mad by the recurrent chinese words throughout my OS, even though its set to English!!!
tell us about the storage used and free
I ran into another hurdle!
Got the install completed, but now, it doesnt recognise its a tablet! there are no unknown devices, so I cant install the drivers, the start button and the volume buttons do not work

I will take a look in an hour or so and let you know!
---------- Post added at 12:59 PM ---------- Previous post was at 12:50 PM ----------
4.88GB of free space out of 14GB drive, but there are so many problems with drivers missing, cant see the accelerometer, touch screen, soft or hard keys, I am thinking I might just wipe it and start again...
Right, I am going for a new approach!
I am using the inbuilt UEFI recovery function, and have just reinstalled the OS, looks like its probably Windows 8.1, but what I will then do, is try reinstall, telling it to leave my files. This may sound crazy, and isnt strictly speaking a "Clean install", however, after a clean install of windows 8.1 and an upgrade to windows 10, this should be the best that can be accomplished, without having driver issues everywhere!
I will keep trying and let you know how I get on!
....EDIT... seems its just reinstalled windows 10! looks like I will have to pull out my backups and reload the tablet!
help
Hi
I also bought one of these tablet.
I would like on Windows 10 were installed, but no way to succeed.
I read the forum, but unfortunately I do not know English well.
I live in Hungary.
I can not enter BIOS. I connected a wireless keyboard + mouse pressed esc, but not having been in the BIOS.
If I bought the írásotokból, USB can not be reinstalled?
Or, if you do not clean installation somehow manages to put even works with touch screen, volume keys, gyrosensor?
There are very few places on the device ... In practice, in addition to other Windows programs can not be installed. It would be nice if bootlna USB cancel the recovery partition!
It is very annoying that some Chinese characters in the windows, and do not even like 8 system
Thank you!
PS: I wrote google translator, I hope you understand
Lipothp
I am still working on the clean install... Read on for more details.... Unfortunately it's all not going to work very well....
So I reinstated windows 8.1, tried to boot and it failed, as such I reinstalled windows 8 through its recovery tool, though I probably won't be able to do that again.
Anyway, I'm stuck now, got 5.3gb of free space and that's it. I can't progress as I can't claim more disk space. The recovery partition is more than just recovery it is actively used by windows... So if you delete that partition, Windows dies. If you try to move windows folder it will die.
The next challenge is to try move the users directory and hope it works it won't thought. Even compressing the disk space does nothing...
Lipothp, I would suggest you get a wired keyboard and connect to your tablet, go to settings, recovery, advanced and reboot. When it comes up go to troubleshoot and then the option is there for bios.
Seriously it's taken me a week to upgrade and still no closer to having everything working.

i had the same issue. dont paste the drivers directly to windows folder. open device manager and install drivers for intel HD graphics and I2C touch controller and touch will start working. for rotation need to install bosch accelorometer drivers
Memory problem
I was told Memory 32 GB expandable upto 500 GB. How can it be expanded? It looks there is no room for HDD of 500 GB. Windows 10 was unable to update due to low space ie less than 4 GB, Windows needs 5 GB space.
In Android they gave 8 GB ROM for me. They said 32 GB ROM, atleast I understood in that way. I didn't know Windows 10 also was there, dual boot.

My hands on experience
Please do not try based on the info available in this site/thread regarding installation of Windows, installation of Android, unless further progress is there because of the following hands on experience.
1) The tablet is manufactured by little known company, hence not much development support can be expected.
2) the company is having only one service center at mumbai, they are not ready to share windows drivers or android files through downloads.
3) This looks like laptop but they say it is a tablet with keyboard, hence it is similar to phone with so many secrete partitions and files.
4) It has UEFI type BIOS only, (No legacy BIOS), it has 32 bit only hardware, it does not popular other hardware chips hence it is difficult to get worked open android OS or windows drivers* . (further I suspect it might have locked Bootloader this is the point i have missed before my attempt)
I have backed up all the 17 partitions and restored back with Easeus To Do back up (so far other image backup software are not even working on this type of environment). I have backed up various methods , as some problem i was anticipating (like Partition backup, Disk Back Up (sector by sector method), System Back up & Disk Clone while it was running OK )
But on requirement , when restoration was done with partition backup (as My windows was not booting , not resetting, not restoring , vendors asks to send it back to Mumbai)
windows problem was not solved but android was intact. when tried System restore, windows problem solved but android not booting, when disk clone restore attempted nothing was booting. when restore from Disk back up was done only windows was restoring. Hence they have locked somewhere.
I have tried to install Android -x86 5x it is 32 bit but not EFI compatible . No other s like 4.4, 6.0 etc is successful (these are installed at c drive, not same as manufacturer provided which hides in some partition )
In view of this , if windows corrupts and becomes non bootable , only Windows 10 32 bit UEFI version may be installed as per the procedure specified at initial [But screen auto rotation does not work, OS Switch is missing but we can go to bios (esc key to be pressed while booting) switch OS-but the may considered minor ]
In my case i have expanded my disk to full 28GB for Windows 10 and backup copy of OS and all imp programs like WinOffice etc & settings are stored (8GB) on my SD Disk of 32GB, which I also made bootable and selectable from BIOS. If any major corruption of windows occurs, as always saves my data on SD card, it can be temporarily removed and important work will be backed up, tablet can be restored in 40 min at click.
UEFI bios reset blind method
After some setting change in advanced video menu the screen blank
To reset / to load defaults we have to follow actual steps in blind method.

The following mentioned at Cube iWork 10 ultimate dual boot rooting at techtablets
please note that no matter what backup software you use, if you restore the entire disk image (specifically, the android partitions) android will NOT boot anymore. This is because Cube (or rather, their ODM) enabled dm-verity so the system detects that it has been “tampered” and just hangs at boot. to fix that you should reflash the official android image with the files provided by Cube, or use a modified boot.img (see rooting section)
Hey there guys, just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue as me, I have the TWG ces 101, pretty much the same tablet but with a different bios, I am having a weird issue with the touch screen, it worked fine before I nuked windows attempting to install android x86, and upon installing windows again and finally getting all the drivers working again, the touch screen is going crazy, every touch registers as it being somewhere entirely different from where you have touched, some spots on the screen when touched show up as 2 fingers on 2 random parts of the screen etc, I have tried calibrating to no avail as I cant even click where it asks me to, I have tried multiple versions of the driver (which I only found through a driver search program called SDI and right clicking it and searching the part number on microsofts download database (as it came up as unknown device and had no name)
not sure what else to really try...its driving me a bit batty

(This backup i made is for after a Clean Windows install and missing driver)
All Wintel pro Z8300 Have the same Default drivers
First formated the internal storage (recommended)
Then Install Windows 10 Version ....
by the first Boot you only wil need the sound driver Frome My (Double Driver Backup), and after you done this ,Backup your Windows (CloneZlilla) and
Then update Windows.
For a working Screen you only need to use .exe installer.

have you only installed a Windows 10 /64-bit ?
Try:
-Disconnect The Adapter From the device
If Not working
- Make sure you have WiFi or WLAN
- Reset windows from settings menu
( takes a long time but it will install all drivers available also updates )
Inportant:
1. Alway backup your device before you do anything else
(Rules Not only for the phones )

Yes i have win 10 64 bit only, The problem appeared after a clean installation of Windows 10, because the reset from setting menu was blocked. I do not have a backup of the original system.
In your opinion is a driver problem? Because the red led works perfectly.
Thank you.

How did you manage to boot from USB stick to install a fresh Windows?
Same problem here.
Disabled secure boot and tried different usb sticks in 2 usb ports. Boot Manager bios menu does not allow to select an usb external device.
