I am looking for a lightweight TouchWiz-based S4/i9505 ROM, perhaps similar to the XtreStoLite ROMs for the S5 and S6.

Will i get better battery life on aosp based rom than touchwiz based custom roms? Ive read a thread that aosp based rom uses more power than touchwiz stock rom. Is that true for all cases?

Dualbooted with Albe95 S6 port and Fusionrom 6.0, xposed should work on both (haven't tried on Albe95 ROM yet but there are unofficial tutorials here on XDA for TW Roms)
My current rom is the GPE rom.
I'd say it also is my favorite rom, since I keep coming back to it. It doesn't offer much in terms of customization. But it's very stable and problem free for me. Xposed also worked on this rom the last time I tried.
i recommend for sure Optimized CyanogenMod 12.1 builds by AntaresOne

Are there any ROMs based on stock TW marshmallow for the Note3?
I was looking for something maybe based on Note5 Marshmallow but all the ROMs I can find are N5/S7 hybrids. I would dearly love just stock marshmallow with basic Note functions (like S Pen, Air Command and other decent Samsung apps) and none of the crap. Things like pre-rooted, multi-CSC, de-knoxed, etc. while nice bonuses aren't necessary.
Barring that are there any hybrid ROMs that at least just come with the basics instead of all the unnecessary bells and whistles?
Or if none exists yet, are there at least any ways of debloating after flashing a bells and whistles ROM?
In samsungviet there is a debloater script for S7 port.

I pref touchwiz based rom cause they look good and it seems always like i have more battery time on them than on stock android based roms
