Hi Can you tell me how you did this please? I downloaded the decoder from the forum you linked above. I got three files after decompressing the rar file. Tried to run the "DecodeTest" but it just keeps on crashing on me. I see the command prompt for split second but then it closes and nothing happened. I tried to drag the enc file to the "DecoderTest" and still nothing. Thanks in advance!

Move the folder with the firmware inside to drive C:\ (just to make it easier to brows). The decrypting code is 2263689 (got it from Check Fus), start command prompt and write:
Code:
cd c:\decoder
decodertest.exe GT-I9000_I9000JPJPG_I9000OJPJPF_I9000JXJPE_I9000JPJPG_JP_XSG.zip.enc 2263689
You will get a zip file with the same name, extract and here you have a tar file, flash this using odin as PDA with no pit and no re-partition.
Done.

The drag and drop is not possible for the moment I try to add in the next version!
For signing with other I don't know the application use signapk.jar with privatekey.pk8 and publickey.x509.pem so if you want to use another keys just replace the two key file and rename it with the same name (privatekey.pk8 and publickey.x509.pem)

i use this to sign CM7.0.0 ROM after i remove some media files (notification/ringtone) and install to HTC Desire, all is good, but whenever i try to flash UOT theme zip, my phone stuck at static boot screen.
is there anything about signing will cause this problem? or the problem is about something else?

/ImageFile: /SFUFile: /FileSize:
Splits an existing .ffu file into multiple read-only split FFU files.
Use /FileSize to specify the maximum size in megabytes (MB) for each created file.
Example:
DISM.exe /Split-FfuImage /ImageFile:flash.ffu /SFUFile:flash.sfu /FileSize:650
/Apply-FfuImage /ImageFile: /ApplyDrive: [/SFUFile:]
Applies an existing .ffu image to a specified drive.
Use /SFUFile to reference split FFU files (SFUs). is the naming pattern and location of split files.
Examples:
DISM.exe /Apply-FfuImage /ImageFile:flash.ffu /ApplyDrive:\\.\PhysicalDrive0

the error is the same as flashing with Nokia Care Suite
so how to bypass that check about ID ?
or how to modify the ffu file in such situation that ID be the same

I try it but didn't work . maybe I did something wrong I don't know .

if Mass Storage works surely it will be very easy to enable *every* registry hacks

I didn't brick my phone however, this is a godsend other that did. I had this for my LG g3 and my htc one in the past.
