Is deep sleep turning off bluetooth? - BlackBerry Priv

My Priv is paired with my Moto 360 and smart lock is on. When I wake in the morning I have to unlock my phone as if it unpaired or the phone rebooted over night. Is deep sleep shutting bluetooth? Did I miss a setting some where? Can this be dissabled? Suggestions ?

As far as I know, if you have not touched your phone for extended period of time, then smart lock will ask you to unlock the phone with your password/pattern...

I have it lock instantly, pebble is connected constantly and always receives notifications

Backlight

Does anyone know if there is a way to make the backlight stay on while charging. And also keep the phone from locking while charging. I think keeping it from locking would allow the alarm clock to actually wake me up, it shuts off when the screen turns off which is quick when its locked
Under power settings > advanced > uncheck both boxes under "On External Power"

The alarm should work when the phone is locked, I use mine this way all week for work just fine.
Ok thanks got the backlight to stay on. But when the alarm is set it only goes off for about five seconds and the sound shuts off and then displays a message

The Snooze/Dismiss message? What do you have set as the alarm? Is it a short tone or something a little longer?
Here's a good tip for using your phone as an alarm clock.
Set your alarm normally.
Go into power mode and uncheck the box to turn off the device after X time when plugged in.
Leave the turn off backlight box checked and set for 2 minutes when plugged in.
Now once you turn the screen on and the phone is plugged in, after 2 minutes the screen will dim way down and stay on all night making it a great alarm clock. I used an automotive cell phone holder to make the perfect cradle for holding it upright and at a perfect viewing angle. After owning a BB Storm, I just couldn't NOT have this capability... you get spoiled.
This works great.

[Q] Bluetooth dies when in sleep mode

Hello I have android running on my HD2. The issue is when I have my headphones connected via bluetooth, when the phone goes to sleep it kills the bluetooth connection. If there a fix or a setting I'm missing? Any help would be great.
Thanks
You can work around by don't let your phone to sleep too early. Settings/Display/Screen timeout. Then press sleep when you done using bluetooth.

OBD II adapter connection issues

I have an ODBLink MX adapter for my car that has an auto sleep and wake function. The only way it will connect when I get in the car is to unlock the phone for a few seconds and turn it back off. If I leave the phone in my pocket and don't go through the lock screen it won't automatically connect. Any tips? Thanks.

Have you tried adding it as a trusted device?
I did. Didn't seem to help.

Adapter should wake up when you turn ignition on and CAN bus becomes active. I run Android N DP4. It has occasional issues with BT. Reboot clears it.

No notification at night

Something strange is happening as of a few days: I wake up in the morning, turn on phone and all notifications come at once, as if at night deep sleep has prevented them.

S8 wakes up to lock screen every single night

My S8 wakes to its lock screen at about 2-3am every single night with no notifications, and it doesn't time itself out. I need to manually hit the sleep button for it to go back to AoD.
I've tried a different charger, turning all notifications off, restarting the phone. Nothing has worked.
Has anyone seen this?
