Let's find OnePlus_14_A.04_151103.rar's password - OnePlus X General

OnePlus_14_A.04_151103.rar . this is a file used by the oneplus service team to restore the opx to stock.
I'm looking for someone with a fast computer to crack the password.
This is the actual official fastboot zip taken directly from their servers
This thread is only for those who want to help out with brute forcing the password

FAQ
1) Isn't cracking the password bad?
Originally posted by dsmonteiro, a moderator at the oneplus forums:-
"Oneplus cannot legally give you the files without getting into trouble.
if you crack the password and release it on another site, they don't have
coverage. If they give the files to you, they do."
As you can see, the only choice is to crack it.
How difficult is it to crack?
This is not some ordinary password. Its probably a very long and complicated password with letters, numbers, symbols and a few other characters as well. An i7 would require a few years to break it.
A xeon is required.

Here do you find all OTAs and Full Rom without password.

Doesn't look like an official source to me.
The file above is official and taken directly from their servers.
I did it for the op2. Why not for opx even if I don't have one?

Op2 also has such a file and the password was very difficult to guess. But thanks to @paultje162 , we got it.

Just a note. I am not responsible for anything that happens to your phone if you use this program. It uses Qualcomm's qdloader so if you screw it up it's on you.

How did you managed to download the file? I'm going crazy with Baidu.... If I try to download from mobile after some time the download stops... And from Mac it start downloading Baidu Netdisk...
I registered myself to Baidu.... Installed Baidu Net disk and translated it in english.... But I'm still not able to download the ROM... ?
I am now downloading it from baidu, when done i will compare the md5 provided by the offical link and if matches i will upload to mega or similar provider.
always check the md5 hashes!

try to get a picture of the error with another phone, it might be the baseband version error. This post is a year and a half old and its entirely probable that your baseband version has updated several times since then and you cannot go backwards in baseband versions

if its not recognizing your sim, then its probably a CSC version that isnt compatible with your network. Similar to my response to the other post, this is a really old thread and im kinda surprised that it would work today unless you kept your phone in a drawer, powered off since then and refused updates if it was on, which only gets you so far before they require you to update. I cant recall even what version of android is in the mega link i posted and im not going to dl it as im on my work computer. Id just get the latest version of the FW you need and flash that. sammobile.com/firmwares is where i recommend everyone to get them and use Frija or SamFirm to download the files. its over 4x faster than directly from the site. Trust me on that one. LoL
both of yall can go here https://www.sammobile.com/samsung/galaxy-s8/firmware/sm-g950f/SAM/#SM-G950F and select the country code specifically for what you need and flash whatever you need to get where you need to get.

T-Mobile to Global (USA) Firmware8t+ 5G

I just got my unlock stuff from OnePlus and I know there is a thread on here for converting but from what I see it is to go to EU firmware and has some other steps I assume that are for rooting. I don't want to root I just want to install the USA Unlocked firmware on mine. What is the current process for that are there downloads yet or are we still waiting?

Reason being is that T-Mobile lags hella hard on their updates. OnePlus, on the other hand, is pretty quick on releasing their updates. Conveting your phone to global means that we can update our phones as soon as oxygen updater gets the updates.

The payload extraction gives you the files to flash using fastbootd, I'm sure if someone had access to a file hosting site they could just host the files already extracted into a downloadable zip file.

Global is worthless. No local upgrade and OTAs won't work if you modify system files. There's no way to get a clean set of fastboot files since OnePlus isn't publishing the firmware.
Convert to EU and don't question it. The modem works perfectly.
