[HELP]Problems in recovery

Yesterday I flashed latest Rom of JB by Quarx
But resulted in boot loops
I am new to defy but not to Android
I had some problems in recovery
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/command
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/caller
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/log
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/log
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_log
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/last_log
Help me to fix this errors
And I revived the phone by using Moto RSD

you can use your phone? if yes, try to install the new version of 2ndInit http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1032212, i have the same error and with the new i can install another rom

[Q] Stuck on CWM

Installed VZW Dream and my gf hit update now it goes right to cwm
E:Cant mount /cache/recovery/command
E:Cant mount /cache/recovery/log
E:Cant open /cache/recovery/log
E:Cant mount /cache/recovery/last_log
E:Cant open /cache/recovery/last_log
Any help i have looked through many forums none work. It wont recognize my phone

i am using Samsung galaxy s5 SM-G900H i installed philz recovery in my phone now as i went to install the new ROM the recovery showing errors :
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery / log
E:Can't open /cache/recovery / log
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_log
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/last_log
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_install
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/last_install
now im not able to do anything and its do not showing my SDCARD also where i copied the ROM and GAPPS zip files.
PLEASE HELP!!

Cant' able to install ROM !! :(

In recovery both ( cwm and philz ) as i select install zip from sdcard or phonememory it gives many error starting with..
