who can fix this phone

after a week, i give up to fix this phone..
sapphire PVT 32A* ship s-on H
HBOOT - 1.76.00010 (SAPP31000)
CPLD - 13

fastboot remote not allowed
hex editor sign when i am paste write making goldcard, it shows red line colors from 0000000 to 00000170.
did this work or not?..
update with RUU updates must be higher version ,it can not be downgrade.to lower version,and it stop when unzipping system,,i think this not correct RUU.
i got this phone from someone on ebay..i guess,he's trying to update with wrong RUU updater version

hello everyone,
Last night i tryed to update my phone with a ruu file the program started erasing flashing etc... untill i was left with a white screen where i have the following:
SAPPHIRE PVT 32A SHIP S-ON H
HBOOT-1.76.0009 (SAPP10000)
CPLD-12
RADIO-6.35.08.29
Dec 8 2009, 17:38:48
RUU USB
And the image of a chip...
Can anything be done please help,

my device screen shown hexagonal on chips,like your device ,stuck on RUU USB,
last time i ask anybody here what i can do..i didn't found ..
nothing we can do as long as we have a root,
if you have a root you can
fastboot oem rebootRUU.
or tell us your
fastboot oem -h ,screen..
Now i can fix my phone by myself. i got JTAG ,and built my own ,
just only JTAG can works,God save my phone..

Man you dont need jtag!!!Dont pay for this situation!Just find an original Signed RUU and flash like nothing happens.Or create goldcard from another android phone.!

if you SD card can't read no nothing you can do.

His phone is not MT3G v1.2 or Fender, his phone is common HTC Magic 32A, so he need create goldcard and flash RUU again
His first attempt was wrong cause every official ROM checks CID on phone. If phone's CID is not equal with ROM CID then update will fail. RUU updated hboot and radio and failed at CID-step and locked in RUU-mode.

Bricked HTC magic 32a

Sir,
I guess that I've bricked my HTC magic phone. actually it was working fine but after when i flash Hboot file named (ISO-8859-1__STOCK-HBOOT) on it.
my device stop functioning not any key is working phone its not coming up in hboot loader screen by pressing vol down key+power key, not even in recovery mode. by pressing home key+ power key.
but if i press vol down+power key its not showing any hboot loader screen but if i use command prompt after that and use fastboot devices command its shows the device like in machine language
just like this:
D:\adb\tools>fastboot devices
?╞ñ?¿╥§?4:¶♫ fastboot
here are the details of my mobile. is there any way to fix this issue?

Sir i've also created gold card on my htc magic phone when it was working properly i've the image of gold card and the same card 512MB micro SD card which i used to create the gold card before but i dont know how it will work on the phone as it is not going into bool loader or in recovery mode.
please help me. i heard that if i got correct RUU file for this device i can troubleshoot the problem but in stock rom no any RUU file is working on it.
I've already tried there RUU ROM on this device:

sir i've already tried the fastboot commander but the commands are not working on my mobile:
i've tried researching online regarding bricked phone. i got the information that if my phone is able to work in fastboot mode. then there is a chance to flash it with stock rom RUU.exe
but i need the exact stock rom not any other rom ruu.exe file is working on it. can any one can help me to provide me stock rom of myTouch 3G Fender LE.

As you are Fender owner, please ask T-Mobile for official ROM. May be they will give it to us...

they are asking me to get it from HTC..but they are not provinding

If you disconnect the cable .. the words appears "seria10"
tried to pour through butloader RC29 ROM with memory card but at the end of installation gives error..

It would be helpfull if someone appears and speak the same language that you do, you'll receive a better guidance
As I see, your's is a T-Mobile G1, is this right?
Is your phone turning on and booting the Operating System?
What you did to leave the phone on this state?

Look into makeing a gold card
Sent from my HTC Vision using xda premium

I am not sure if a Goldcard will solve the problem, but it's worth a try.
Looks to me as if the RUUNBH flag is set, which is similar to the "boot into recovery" flag which caused so many bricks. There are several threads here in XDA from people having had the RUUNBH problem, but nobody found a solution
If the goldcard is not working I suppose you need to use JTAG ...
