After doing firmware update to root the model SMA5000H my phone is showing problem. It shows >>>>> program stopped working etc etc for all system as well as installed programs. Then phone cant boot or give me only errors.
while trying to access recovery menu, it only shows blank black screen after samsung logo. but download mode is showing properly.
Samsung kies failedto send firmware to phone..
What shall i do?

Updated my S4 (I9500) today thru KIES which has a update available here in India. But after that when d phone boots, I see the first Samsung Logo, but there after i cant able to see the samsung boot animation, the display goes blank. But I can hear d boot up sound and even after that if i connect my phone to PC, it reads it too. Even if i call or send a txt, the phone receives it. Also cant able to see the recovery mode, but when i put d phn in download mode, the display works. Tried flashing d CWM on the phone via odin, can see d CWM recovery. Also tried wiping cache frm CWM rec, but no respite. Even flashed d official stock ROM thru odin, but again the phone goes blank after showing the first samsung logo. Please help.

I think its best to return it. Get a replacement.
Here is what happened.
Got a Samsung Galaxy S5 from Rogers and rooted it. Deleted all the stock software for the new stuff and had the phone unlocked. Then all of a sudden for no reason about 3 months later the speaker on the phone stopped working. I tried everything, so I factory reset the phone, and now I can't even get past the first stage of the setup because I deleted the stock keyboard.
The phone doesn't give me an option to enter any of my credentials in.
What do I do.

My phone is now stuck with the samsung logo on the screen and kies doesn't recognize the phone.
I was able to download the recovery file and odin 3.10.6
I opened odin and added the recovery file to "AP" and I'll let you know how it goes
So I flashed the samsung stock operating system and I constantly get a pop up stating "unfortunately, google play services has stopped" and it will not stop no matter what I do!!!

Hi guys first i want you to know that my english is bad...
My phone is G900K - SpaceX Rom 5.0
I am using SpaceX Rom 5.0 for weeks and it is buggy, i experience random boot,app crash,fast battery drain and freezes.
Yesterday i reboot my phone and after "Android is Starting" i got message that System Crash or System UI i am not sure what it is but it has System word in error report. Then my phone didn't start so i remove the battery and put it again. After pressing on the Power on Button my S5 starts and i notice the Blue Light in Upper Left didn't Light Up and my phone didn't boot to 2nd Samsung Logo. When i press Power On Button my S5 will turn on and 1st Samsung Logo will appear then It will Turn Off then Vibrates then goes back to 1st Samsung Logo it keeps repeating. Also i try Recovery Mode but i can't enter to it my phone will repeat the same process as i Turn On my phone. I can go to Download Mode, And i flash Stock Rom and after flashing Stock Rom there's a blue text in upper left Recovery Booting... but its not booting into recovery, It will just turn off again then vibrates then goes to 1st Samsung Logo.
If anyone experiencing the situation right now you can comment​

Boot to download mode (Vol down & Home & Power)
Flash stock ROM from sammobile .com with ODIN
Instructions under the download on their site
Go into download mode and do a firmware upgrade and initialisation through kies3. You will need your serial number and model number( on the white sticker behind the battery. in kies3 go tools> firmware upgrade and initialisation, then follow the on screen steps. I used this when I soft bricked my note 2 when I had it, I personally find it's the best way to restore a samsung device.
You should try first with kies3, it did help me to recover from custom ROM installation.
If it fails, flash stock with Odin3 from phone download mode is your last option.
I'm having the exact same issue! Been trying to flash the stockfirmware, but still stuck in recovery booting loop! Even trying to get into recovery mode has it looping. Kiess 3 says that my serial number is invalid, so matter which number I put in too. Hoping for some help!

This Doesn't Work !! Odin Shows PASS message. But the phone dosn't boot. Gonna try usng Kies

Mine is the SM-G900W8 with Telus, so if we have the same model, I could probably give you my serial number cause I never had issues with mine. I know I have read places that sometime when people get stuck in recovery like that, they do a factory wipe and cache wipe in the stock recovery to get it to boot.
This same thing is happening with my s5 Verizon.. Need help to fix this i've tried flashing via odin, factory reseting..nothing worked

greetings. my gt i9505 chinese version is almost dead. I am experienced in custom roms installation methods but this time I have no repertoire. It goes into download mode, odin recognizes but kies does not. I've installed all the drivers twice but it doesn't appear as ADB in the device manager. By Odin I was able to reinstall the original sam mobile rom, it even appears on the download mode screen under "current version = Samsung official". But it doesn't complete Boot at all. Only once did he enter the initial animation, but everything went black and the blue led was left and nothing for more than 30 minutes. Anyway, do not enter recovery mode or start any rom, just enter download mode. If I open Kies it crashes in download mode, it only works in odin. Yesterday he went to start and was vibrating non-stop. Help me please!!!!
Hi everybody,
My Samsung galaxy S7 edge (G935F, Android Oreo) is now stuck at "Downloading do not turn off target" screen. The problem started after i uninstalled some apps and PUBG due to low space notification. After that the system frozed and stopped to respond, so i forced it to restart ( Volume down + Power button) and since then the phone reboots without showing the usual carrier and the samsung logos animations. It shows a "scrambled/damaged" image of the download mode which become normal after some seconds and stuck at this stage.
The detailed events time-line of the booting process is bellow:
1- the phone takes about 30 minutes to boot to the download mode
2- The carrier + Samsung animations logos were gone and not showing as before
3- some seconds before the download mode screen shows, a sort of a damaged download mode shows up and become normal after that
4- The download mode screen contains not text (usual firmware informations etc.. were not showing anymore)
5- The phone is stuck at this stage and there is no possibility to boot to safe mode or recovery mode or any other mode
*The phone is unrooted
*I tried to reflash the firmware with Odin (3.14) but it stucks on getting PIT stuff and fails with "There no PIT partition."
*i tried SmartSwitch and Kies but they failed too (i have no recovery code).
*Samsung usb drivers are installed
