how to make LG P705 able to mount any USB storage
i got a USB OTG from my old Tablet and i want to use it on my phone
LG L7 P705
but when i connect the cable the stick do nothing
no signal of Power no detect at all
like im connecting nothing
so how to make that if possible
the phone is rooted already

You must download usb otg app from play store But I do not know l7 have USB OTG
Perhaps my port has gone bad. Nothing works, otg , computer connection through mtp. It will charge though, whether connected to computer usb or charger. Only reason I have even noticed this , is a want to flash original software from lg tool. Anyone got any ideas? Or do I need a new usb board? I'm on cloudy 2.0. Oh btw, I tried to mount from twrp and nothing happens. Says unable to mount otg device. I assume that rules out it being a rom problem? I've tried two different otg devices, and three different cables to my computer. I'm beginning to think it's hardware issue. But before I go through all that figured I would see if anyone else has any ideas?
I'm having this same problem. I first noticed it when I installed cloudy-g3 on my lg g2. The problem persists even when I switch to other roms I have installed with MultiROM. Without the ability to detect/access via usb/adb my phone is semi-bricked, without the ability to revert to stock via kdz because usb connection isn't detected.

I have just bought my g2 f320l and I heard that it got lolipop with lg pc suite so I wanted to try it out but it wont recognize my phone, it got my pc to recognize f320l's internal storage but the pc suite itself just wont recognize it.

my sprint LG G2 LS980 doesn't want to mount my otg. and it doesnt want to start adb sideload.
im currently going through this bootloop or hell of a time trying to restore phone. it doesnt recognize my phone on my computer no drivers want to install it . The drivers for this phone is installed and on here properly but it doesnt want to pickup my phone but in TWRP 2.7.0.0 reads 84+
any help please? what can i do?

Ok so i've made huge steps, I got my phone into download mode and I'm so close but i can't get my g2 to get recognized in device manager to change the port.
I have all the files I need and I have LG flash tools all ready to go but I know I need to change the port in device manager to port 41, problem is i've tried both ports on my pc and wont recognize the devices, even with drivers installed already.
