[Q] Help me to root LG L7 P705f and L3 E400f ASAP

Hi,
I searched the web and couldn't find a way to root my LG L7 and L3.
I don't want to flash another ROM but need to root only.
hopefully I can find an easy process to root those phones.
I need it ASAP and willing to pay/donate for the person who will solve my problem.
My phone details:

Android 4.0,3
Software version V10a-SEP-13-2012
LG L3 E400f
Android 2.3.6

Hi guys i need your help i got a rooted lg g2 ls980 from ebay which is on android 4.2 i have not updated my phone since i have been told that it will brick the phone since its rooted. And i have heard about updating through to stock through kidzee nd tot method in xda so which is safe nd better way of doing it out of both so i dont brick my phone

I have Lg G2 D802 32gb
Am on android 5.0.2 , i have root no custom recowery , but i wish to instal custom rom 4.4.2 , and i have no luck to find clear steps how to do it, i try to flash kidz 4.4.2
But i cant find any working link for 32gb one.
Pleas help me with some ideas.
