It's hardware. Because if it just had been software, then we would just have a fingerprint reader on the Note 4 where we would just touch the reader like on the Galaxy S6.

I have been looking around and I see many great s6 ports but please can someone point me to a s6 or s6 edge or note 5 or s6 edge + port that has support for the stock s4 s view please.
I would love to continue using the s4 s view with a s6 port ROM.

You can use any VR which supports 6inch phone

But i have already bought the Homido that has the smartphone container that is free in the top side.
So it is perfect too for the non standard size of the note edge that has the secondary display, but the main display is 5.6'' inches.
