does someone now, what the problem is with u-touch?
Is it a problem with the software vor is this bcs it is the international version and u-touch is only in the chinese version?

The button is the same! It's just the software!
On chinese ZUI rom, U-Touch works with all touches and gestures!
On international CyanogenOS the software doesn't use all these!

that is why physical "menu" button is not working.
disabled physical buttons, it works again.
Bizarre as behavior.

I just hot this phone today and the u touch worked first but after a few updates 3 or 4 it stopped working

because they tried in like an update or two! But then they disabled it again for some reason :S
need u touch
i really need u-touch on Cyanogen OS especially soft touch on home button to back to home screen
and the cyanogen camera is not so good. need to try stock camera on ZUI version.
Zuk z1 fingureprint button use as u touch
Use figure scanner gesture application work as u touch..

link is broken. if u go to just gesturetek.org then u can get to the site. i though for some quick reading believe this isn't for wm. could be wrong though.
Yep it's on dev now, a WM version is available for OEM devs. Hope that HTC will use it in there futur Roms

would be nice but many future devices will have a g sensor built in.

When I`m using the software keyboard with the stylus I can sometimes press several times til a letter comes...
This is pretty ugly ....
What can I do ?
Of couse I calibrated several times the screen

probably due to any kind of 3rd party software installed on the phone, i do got the same problems, but it went a way after a hardresett, and came back after installing some software can't find of witch one it was, sorry
Now I use Touch-IT_Blackstone_Keyboard ...very good
i use the Touchpal Keyboard now, in my eyes much better then the HTC Toch HD Keyboard , you can find it here

It strated with WVGA and then qwertz etc. ...
By the way:
On the hardware keyboard there is down left a key with aÜ but if it push it nothing happens ????
press u and then the key and you will get it

on which Touchpal?
I know this is probably a common problem, but despite searching i cant figure it out. I have the ATT tilt 2 but i installed the af_Rhodium by Ark and it is great but the slide out keyboard isnt mapped correctly. How do i map the keyboard back to the ATT version? i found an option to change languages and in there was the ATT keyboard, but that didnt help. My ! button is my 1 button, and the numbers dont work when i hold down function, and may other problems. Is there a cab i can install to make my keyboard work again?

Hi from Spain!
i know that problem because i have a tilt2. i can't find some "news" about that problem until today, but finally i change my rom to that:
post 2782 at htcpedia.com/forum/ or rom's name: 21907_WCX_RHODIUM_S2_TILT_2
it's for tilt2 only and works find...

some problems in that rom
this room is great and i tested it on my i mate jam 64m but the only problem faced me that the phone doesnt respond when anyboody is calling me
one time respond other time the screen is off and if i press power botton dident respond
then i take off the cover and do hard reset
is there any solutions
with all my thanks and respect cotulla

There is absolutely no way to be able to activate the camera at the rom ! What is related to the camera has switched functions like the camera button --> task manager
If You want to retain the camera functions, you'd better downgrade to WM 6.1
this phone is old!
and i not yet understand wich rom is better
6.1 or 6.5
I think WINMO 6.5 is better, because it already supports many programs

Can you recommend me to use HTC keyboard? Since I start using WM6.5.3 I really need a new keyboard. I used to install some keyboard but after that my PPC hanged. I don't know which keyboard can work fine on my HTC WM6.5.3 ..

Hi! I have the same problem on 6.5.3 ROM (evo2)! Fingerkeyboard2 not working to me!
Why? Problems with installation? Put in Regional settings - US.
From all free keyboards, FingerKeyboard the best and perfectly works with Evo2. IMHO.
Probably it is regional fail, becouse when i chenge reg settings in Latvian, Calculator stop working! Posibl U R right!

Sorry. I dont use standart diallers. (I love PhoneEx) But i know problem with all opal/mega diallers - scrollbar. I think, nobody have yet 100% worked .cab
And what about volume control, I can advise this app => SetVolume 0.8.0 <= with Transparent Diamond Skin it looks pretty nice =)

Actually a cab can be made of mega dialer with no scrollbar, but the real problem is its not compatible with the most of latest builds.

I installed the keyboard Spb Keyboard 4.1, it is running in my Touch Viva with Evolution 2, but I bought it in the Microsoft Official website, it is very good!!
