Can someone send to me two very small size txt files - build.prop and local.prop from B173 ROM? I changed them and I do not have the oryginall files without my changes.
Can someone send it on my e-mail?
I want to do local update and I do not know if it is possible witch changed build.prop and local.prop files?

(i want to take files from rom and put'em in a same based rom)
files in rom are in each apk filem. i mean for settings are in setting.apk etc Firs u must unpack the apk file u want to edid with apk tool. then u must go to res/ here u will find few folders values-xxx inside them are lang files xxx is the lang u want. strings of lang are in string.xml and arrays.xml

it is hard this way isnt there files that are responsible for languages in the rom that translates the system apps like settings and so

sorry its not possible to edit xml files on a phone without decompiling the apk first - you will just get a load of symbols
There are some xml apps on google play that can read xml files after you have decompiled the apk however they do not work properly with andriod xml files so you can read them but editing them is near on impossible on a phone
