I'm using asus zenfone 5 and i installed psiphon to get faster internet connection but my connection not maintain their speed..can somebody help me how to maintain the speed?

I made a website as a curtesy for a friend, it's about his event venue.
Now he has the problem that he can not access his website with his Asus ZenFone 3. He thinks it's the web site, I think it's his phone I don't have such a device but access works with Apple and other android ...
I checked, it has internet connectivity in general but can't access the site (I even don't see any information in the site's log-files).
It might be that the phone was previously connected to a mis-configured wifi network /with name server issues).
Are there any known issues with the Asus ZenFone 3?
Maybe the issue is not big but have anyone figured out how to check connected devices when your mobile hotspot is on? there are many applications for it but it is generally inbuilt and i am unable to find it yet, if anyone can guide me on this

I found a new bug in asus zenfone max pro m1 , wifi direct not of any use becoz cant share files using wifi.
Anyone have same issue?
Also blutooth can't be detected untill not go to blutooth setting

How can I fix wifi range on my Asus Zenfone max pro m1?You either have to stand right next to a router or next to another phone when trying to connect to hotspot.
What can be the problem?
