I'm an Italian developer. I'm working on flyme os porting. For the porting I'm using cm11 kernel, but I can't install any custom kernel because I need the warranty.
So I'm searching beta tester for the porting.
Requirement:
Note 3 rooted
Experience with flash and wipe.
So, who want to help me? (when the rom will be complete, you will receive credits)

WARNING: I haven't tested the rom, because for now I need warranty. I'm not responsible if you phone get broken
THIS ROM IS ONLY FOR USER WHO KNOW HOW TO FIX A SOFTBRICK!
Instruction:
1) Do a backup (the rom is a pre-beta)
2) Install cm11
3) wipe data and cache
4) install my PRE-BETA rom
5) cross your finger (it's very important)
6) reboot

I'm willing to help.
SM-N900W8 KNOX-invulnerable, and I use this as a development phone.
The N900W8 is a Qcomm LTE device, exactly like the N9005. However NFC doesn't work on AOSP ROMs.

Guys, I was been a bit busy school. In this day I will complete the porting (I have only to add some files. The kernel and the system is ported)
I wouldn't mind testing. I have a N900T.

You have to register @ the forum to be able to see download links from the looks of it.
Please friends work in this phone, asked the favor to those who understand the subject carry roms for a500fu, and other series (A) this device and well I never liked much of a samsung like this elegant wonderful, and a spectacular phone, if any dev, portasse roms as it has done for other despositivos as the s6.

Long story short, they already tried without success because of a lack of proprietary drivers. This problem can only potentially be addressed with an official lollipop release for T230/NU or T231, but that's taking so long people are beginning to doubt it's ever coming. Is Google banned in your country ?
There is a whole Note 3 exynos section here on xda.
The stablest and up to date rom, stock via Odin.
