I've just received my Zuk Z1 and I'm having some troubles with google drive. I use easy voice recorder to record my lectures, and then upload it to drive through wifi, but on the z1 the upload is veeeery slow (in 10 minutes I'm at 768 kB!). Never had this problem before, and on pc drive speed is absolutely normal, so I don't think it's a drive problem. Am I the only one with this problem..? Any help, please?

I have imported some photos to my HD2 to use as contact pictures using windows media player and the quality is appaling despite them being taken with a 10m pixel camera and looking great on my laptop screen.
Any ideas as to how to fix this?!

Transfer them directly to the storage card via usb disk drive mode...

I have 2 computers one works fine with disc usage but the other one wont but if I sync it and browse through mobile center it works fine.
Need to be able to connect a USB Hard drive to my A7.
Need to have a working Video Chatting program(Skype,Yahoo,Fring,Tango)...
Need to have my SD card recognized and still have my Google apps...
Has any of this been resolved? Will it? I truly and honestly appreciate Dexter and all he has done... If I can get these things to work on this device then I can begin to feel like my $300 weren't spent foolishly.. Thanks in advance..

I have connected an external USB drive successfully to my A7. I didn't do anything special. It may depend on the power requirements. I may have had it connected with the AC adapter powering the A7.
Not sure what you mean about the SD card. I have a 16GB SD card in mine and other than not properly showing space and not storing apps there it is accessible. I use the google apps fine.
I thought Fring worked for both audio and video chatting? Skype now works for audio. I believe I tried yahoo with the video plug-in but it was very choppy video.

I was using my phone to take some pictures and suddenly I was looking in the gallery for old movies and pictures (had 550 of them) and its all gone !!!
I connected the phone to the PC and still nothing is there except for the last pictures taken and some old pictures i imported from old phone.
I don't have an External SD all on the phones memory.
anyway i can retrieve the data ?

Solution
1. Connect the phone in USB storage mode to your PC.
2. Download a program called Recuva, install it and run
3. A wizard will guide you through the recovering process - make sure you select the phones drive from the list.
That is it.

Any ideas why hd tv-channels won't work on my tablet? video is full of garbage and very choppy, drop frames... I'm using kodi as viewer program on my tablet and tvheadend as server on linux machine. wlan connection seems to be excellent with speed of 150 Mbps so that should not be a problem. Every other device i have shows tv-channels without problems, even my old lenovo A3500-FL tablet will play hd-channels so problem must be in tablet. So far i have tested kodi, movian, vlc to play tv-channels. every program have same problem. Also if i have recorded tv program in hd quality tablet won't play it. i can play hd-videos from youtube etc without problems so it seems that tablet has a problem with playing mpeg transport stream. (.ts) in HD-format. Any ideas how to solve problem? Android version on my tablet is latest available, 8.1.0. thanks.
