What 3rd party charger from Amazon? - X Style (Pure) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Just bought a used Pure that comes without the Turbo charger.
What's a good charger that can be purchased from Amazon for not too much $$$ that will still charge just as fast as the OEM charger?

Look in the accessories thread. There are good discussions of 3rd party chargers.

Tech matte. They sell a combo pack of a wall charger and car charger for $16

I agree. Long time user of Titanium and freezing apps is the main feature I use.

Amazon aukey or anker are excellent alternatives. Quick charge 2.0 is what you must get.

I never thought to use those.

I love Anker products. Everything from chargers to power banks and cables have always lasted. I've never had one of their products fail.

3rd party wireless charger recommendations

Does anyone plan on purchasing one of these chargers https://www.amazon.com/Wireless-Charger-Tronsmart-Chocolate-Qi-Compatible/dp/B01HNWU3AY ? It's a lot cheaper than the OEM charger, so I have my doubts on the quality. Any recommendations?
That is the very same one I got during the lightning deal. It works great with my Note 5/7. Keep in mind, it does not come with power block. To get fast wireless charge, you need to use fast charge power block as well.

I recently got myself a Choetech fast wireless charger. It is available on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/Charge-Wireless-Charger-Adaptive-Included/dp/B015351V9U/ for $36 and it comes with an adapter. The $25 Tronsmart doesn't so you will need to get a separate one for that. I'm really satisfied with the Choetech one, they make some pretty nice accessories.
why 3rd party ? the Samsung fast charging stand works great and is only $41 at Target. it's guaranteed to work
properly ! i'm not worried about trying to save $20 on a charger for my $900 phone !
I got this for $19 via Amazon Prime. It works great--it lights up blue if it's slow charging and green if fast charging, which I like. It doesn't come with an adapter; I'm using OEM Samsung one.
With the concern about chargers being the cause of fires, one might think quality might be a concern
DO NOT USE A 3rd PARTY CHARGER. Also Do NOT charge your device over night. Once the fixed Note 7s roll out, buy cheap 3rd part charger till your heart is content, but until then be safe.

Alternative charger?

Sorry if this has been asked. Can I use the OEM/stock charger of the Nexus 6p on the LG V20?
I use it and my old charger from note 7 also

Spend a little dough on a nice Anker or Aukey QC3 charger. I've been replacing all of my chargers with those. Worth it

Thank you sir.
Mine works with variety of QC2.0 chargers
Note 7 one (with retail package)
Anker
Tronsmart.
I have charged mine with my brothers stock nexus 6p charger and it charges pretty fast. Havent timed them or anything but its definitely as fast as the stock v20 one. Only problem is if its safe or not since there is that whole debate about Qualcomm's QC 3 not being compliant with the USB Type-C charging standard.

Best After market turbo charger?

Hi all,
My original turbo charger died after I man handled it.
I'm looking for a good turbo charger (not the original one coz it costs ₹1200/-) on Flipkart as a sale is going on currently.
Any recommendations from long term users?
Thanks.

I would say don't use Turbo Charger, fast charger generally degrades the battery life. If your stock charger is not working then you should buy a 5V 2A aftermarket charger which will work fine. Flipkart SmartBuy 2A Fast Charger will do the job, I'm using this charger right now.

Buy any fast charger that supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 i.e the same technology used in Moto turbo chargers.
Well, to preserve battery life expectancy, I've ordered a Sony 2.1A charger from Flipkart for 250/- (on offer though)

Okay.
But you will definitely miss the fast charging.
I don't know about Flipkart, but Aukey Quick Chargers have always worked well for me... Remember, Turbo Charge is just Quick Charge without the Qualcomm licensing fee.

Yeah, totally but it's already a 1.5 year old device, got it as soon as it came out. So I'd better off preserve the life span of this original battery. I charge the phone over night however.

Like I said, I don't know anything about Flipkart but here is an Amazon link: https://www.amazon.com/AUKEY-Charger-Samsung-Qualcomm-Certified/dp/B018RR30TK
I have several of these... Once at work, one at home, one in my overnight bugout bag, and one in my computer bag, plus I think my kids have a couple as well, you get the idea.
The work on anything, Pixel, Samsung, LG, Moto, whatever (except OnePlus and a couple others), but they support Quick/Turbo charging on anything that supports Qualcomm Quick Charge or Moto Turbo Charge (it is literally the same thing, provided at the chip level of the Snapdragon processor).

Are there 3rd party qi chargers that can do 15w?

I've seen some on amazon that list 15w, so i'm curious if those work or not, or is this a similar situation as 25/45w chargers that need some specific configuration for the note to confirm.
I have tried 2, and no, just 7.5~10 W, but that is enough for me

10W for Samsung

This one from Ebay works at 15W, plus it's foldable and at a great price.

You may be interested in a new Qi Charger that has just been launched on Kickstarter. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/qipatch/qipatch-turn-all-your-cables-into-wireless-chargers
I asked them about Note 10 in the comments section and they confirmed it will be using 15W charging.
Problem with all above is you need the correct wall charger that can out 15w
