10.5.15 has been pulled from xiaomi.eu for whatever reason. still people were able to download it though.
Anybody who managed to download it?

i just ordered this phone and i dont have it now,anyway i really want a custom rom that when i get the phone i flash so i wanna make it.
Hi to all, 3 days ago I tried to unlock my Honor 8 lite bootloader with success, after awhile I left the phone without android, just TWRP.
Where can I find a custom rom?

You can find in roms and kernels section.

That section is empty of roms, there is just one with a page not found aka 404 link.

Yes but has anyone tried with success before? I don't want to be the first on this, it's my girlfriends phone, I can't afford for a new phone if something wrong will happen.

Better avoid then. Emui 5 is not that bad
I installed OpenKirin's RROS v5.8.3 For Honor 6X in a Honor 8 lite. Took a while to boot(I thought it was stuck in a bootloop but it wasn't). I haven't tried it out yet but it booted ok, I think everything works.

I think is time to update the Hongmi because the Miui Rom is out of date a lot and I'm experiencing some system lags and a rapid drain of batery.
I'm thinking on a reset and install a new rom, it doesn't have to be miui but the problem I'm facing is that what seems, I'm not an expert, is that most of the roms I see seem for wt87047.
Does wt87047 rom will work correctly on my redmi wt86047 (HM2014813)?
If not any romthat works on HM2014813?
Can some one recomend a good rom? Lineage, Vipper...?

Lineage is good. I've tested many. All work on my HM..13. Just be careful if you upgrade from KitKat to select the correct lollipop firmware in Lineage thread.

Hi again, I've had installed the lineage version on this terminal in march and I'm still facing troubles with the sound answering calls (the other prerson doen't hear me or I can't hear anything,...) that require to turn it off and start all over again.
Maybe modem trouble? Does anybody recomend me any solutions? change ROM? wich one ? return to Miui?

OK after a boring weekend I decided to try my hand at porting miui 10 since its based on 8.0.went out found a device with the same processor etc..read guides created the zip unfortunately it didn't boot. I don't no much about kernel edit yet still learning, I'm unable to pull log because my cable is broken.
Reason now for this thread is to ask for assistant with the kernel whatever else anyone can do...

I know almost nothing about it too, but just out of interest, have you tried flashing a stock based kernel like mk2000 for Oreo?

Ah, ok. Really looking forward to it. I find MIUI to be really fluid. And because it's based on stock, all the usual V20 features will work. Thanks for giving this a go!
Question how important are aboot etc files when flashing a ROM?

Nah they all got stuck at the muii screen, and haven't had the chance to to deal with them but I was gonna message you to see if we can work help each other tho.
Using the mi 5 as a port can share a build with you and you check it out..

I have like 10 different builds so have to find one that goes to the miui screen.

Ok, until you find it, i'm downloding now a miui rom of "LeEco Le Max 2"
Maybe it's better to port from a ported rom than using one of Xiaomi's.

I'm gonna TRY to port miui, But I only have the H910, so idk about the others, I'll try my best to port it over, then try getting it to the other models.

Sadly I can't test it myself as my phone died 2 days ago and I have yet to wait for my new battery!
