i am trying to do some changes using the qualcomm tool QPST for that i need to connect the phone as USB SERIAL PORT (COM PORT) . do anyone have an idea how do that ?
please go through this post and try it out. it has procedure to connect your phone to QXDM which should work with QPST too.

I am new to this thread..
I am actually trying to make my mini pro sk17i compatible with QXDM as is has got qualcomm chipset, for which modem and diagnostic port need to be enabled.
I have already rooted my phone and modified USBmodetable.sh to enable modem, diagnostic and NMEA port.
My phone is working fine..no issues with that..
however, when I check the device manager, under other devices there are 3 SEMC HSUSB devices..I am assuming it to be for modem, diagnostic and NMEA port..
Now, i have searched many threads and ports to get the drivers for the above mentioned ports...still no luck..
I am using th phone in USB debugging and enable unknown sources..and working on vista..
Could any one please suggest me!!
Hey guys need help getting my phone to connect to PC in diag mode.
My phone will enter diag mode (thru the ##3424#) but my computer won't detect it as a port (in device manager)
I verified that it wasn't the USB cable or my drivers by connecting another phone in diag mode (s3)
Any assistance would be appreciated.

i flashed my phone and the imei got invalid after that. i saw some tutorial on web for that using "QPST" software but i am not able to connect the phone as usb virtual serial port that is the usb com port. can anyone help me out with that ?
Hi guys! Has anyone been able to connect Nova Plus (MLA-L03) with Qualcomm's QPST?
I have tried everything, including going to Project Menu and enabling Manufacture Mode but I have been unable to get HS-USB driver to show up in device manager. I think its either because incorrect drivers or the port is not enabled on the phone.. Anyone has any experience with with this?
I'm doing this to fix IMEI on my phone. Perhaps there is another way? This phone has been my "lab rat" so I can share what doest work

Hello, I cant find the drivers to connect to qpst on my OP5, I tried with a lot of drivers but doesnt work. I have the HTC drivers modem but I dont wanna this, because QFIL doesnt detect the port automatically, I can use it with qpst but I need to detect the port manually (COM3). I was 3 day almost 5 hours per day but I couldnt find it. I founded one call 3drv.rar it worked very well but I erased actidentally and now I cant find it again. Somebody has this drivers?

This drivers are for adb and fastboot. I need to usb composited diagnostic tools. In order to work with QPST
