Now that the Google Nexus 6P and Nexus 5X have been unveiled, the big question for Android fans is about whether or not and when their devices will get the Android M update, also known as Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
On the Friday after the Nexus unveiling, Motorola took to its blog to announce the official list of Moto devices slated for the Android 6.0 Marshmallow upgrade. Here's the list:

Nobody knows.
As for timing, we have high standards, so we’ll work fast but we won’t push the upgrades out until we know they’re ready. Look for more news on timing in the coming weeks.

Motorola has sent out invites to the Indian media for an event on May 17, where the vendor will unveil the Moto G4 and the Moto G4 Plus.

I see this article mentioning several ROMs are available for the Moto G4 (not the plus). Which is the most updated one that is stable? Also, are all of these ROMs really for the Moto G4 or are some of the available for the Moto G4 Plus only?
