hello iv just got a second hand s5 lte today ,,im on ee been using a nana sim with old phone so put the nana sim into a adapter and it not registering the sim,,i put a micro sim Vodafone sim in and its fine my questing is does a sim adapter work on the s5 thanks

Does anybody have a problem with data on the second SIM?
You can choose on which SIM you want to use data.
It works on SIM 1 but doesn't on SIM 2.
APN settings are 100% correct.
I have tested the SIM in another phone and data works there.
I've now ordered a nano-SIM to micro-SIM adapter from ebay to test it in the SIM 1 slot.
Quite annoying.
Maybe bcause sim 2 slot works only in 2g
Sent in my Nexus 6 phone to get the battery replaced, so, while being out with no phone... I figured I would pop in the nano sim card into the AIwatch C5 slot. Didn't work. It's liked it didn't even acknowledge the SIM card, no phone, no email, no texting etc...
My carrier is a GSM based network, with 3G, LTE capability Nationwide (Canada). All my phones have been unlocked, so I have never had a problem using this SIM before. When I did get my phone back, popped back in the sim card and phone worked immediately. Oh, and my sim card is not sim locked nor encrypted.
Anybody else try out there C5 sport watch with a sim?

I'm wondering if i go abroad and i'll buy a foreign sim card and put it into second slot for sim will it work beside my first sim? I mean will both card work corectly (from different countries and providers)?

I am using card SIM1
I put SIM1in first sim slot. its working
I put sim in second sim slot , its wortking
Now I use second sim card SIM2 and removed first SIM1.
I put SIM2 in first sim slot. its working
I put SIM2 in second sim slot , its wortking
Now I put SIM1 and SIM 2 together in both sim slots.
Only one sim is showing with signal.
I can see there is no issue with sim and sim slots . But when I put both sims together only one is showing signal. Any suggestions.

If you use two sims together, the secondary (non-data) sim only supports 2G networks so, if neither sim has 2G support, only one will work at a time.
I own a Galaxy S8 (G950F) and I was wondering if I could use a second sim card. I've seen some S8s that have a different sim tray and they can support a sim card with either a second sim card or sd card but my phone's tray on has a sim + sd card tray.

No, because with dual SIM phones you'll have software options for the second SIM even if it's not inserted. The non-dual SIM phones don't have that.
