HELP Please! S4 i9500 does not recognize SIM

Hello there, and greetings from Guatemala.
I have a problema with my S4 GT-I9500. I had my phone rooted and today, i wanted to unroot my phone by flashing vía Odin the original Samsung Frimware (my carrier is Tigo). By mistake, i flashed a Samsung Official Firmnware from another Carrier, which is Claro!! Then i flashed the correct firmware rom for my carrier but now the phone is not recognizing the SIM, and obviously i dont have mobile data, sms and calls. Phone is just working with WiFi. Went to the Carrier to check if the SIM is working and certainly it Works well in another phone, so the SIM is not the problem. I belive the problem is when i flashed the wrong firmware from the other Carrier. Does anyone in this forum knows how to fix this?
Will appreciate your help.
Thanks and regards.

Thanks samersh72 , it worked fine flashing the moden you recomended (I9500UBUBMG9). In fact, i tried flashing the correct stock modem (I9500UBUAMDE) and it flashes the fake imei again, having the same problem.
Now, the question is, why flashing the correct Samsung original ROM blocks my imei? Its not an issue because y can fix it with the recomended modem tahnks to you, But its still a concern i will have everytime i will have to flash a original ROM.
Thank you and thanks to all for responding.

Help with US Cellular (don't delete this time)

I have the Galaxy S5 for US Cellular. I have tried flashing roms and they will boot. However, I get no service. I know the roms are based off the 900F which is the international version. I cannot get anything except for wifi to work. There has to be a way to do it. I've looked around and realized I need to ask for help. I can and have flashed kernels (blaze works). Please help!!!! Also, it is annoying when I ask for help and my threads are deleted.

Note 3 Can't see SIM card after flash to Lollipop !!!!

Good day
I need your help, I just flashed my Note 3 (SM-N9005) with Lollipop 5.0 from sammobile.com
I used odin to do the flash and it ended up successfully pass. Right now, the phone is running with lollipop but it can't detect any SIM card !!!!??
the build number I flashed is for my country and this is the number
N9005XXUGBOEA_N9005OJVGBOE4_N9005XXUGBOD3_HOME.taror
Any hints or help guys??:crying:
Please any help guys
I'm still stuck with this problem, I tried all kinds of ideas after deep searches but non of them work so far
I even rooted my device and tried three custom ROMs but still my note 3 can't detect the SIM card and the IMEI is nul and baseband version is Unknown
any ideas
The issue is you must have chosen the wrong rom for your region. What Country are you in and is your sim from that country?
YOu need to flash a rom based on your CSC and sim ... I've done this a few times before and it always messed up when flashing custom roms, etc. The only way I found to fix it was to flash back to stock rom for my phones original region (ex: if my phone is from Japan, need to flash Japanese official rom for my mobile provider).
That should restore your IMEI and sim card issues.
If you're not sure, you can post back with details of your phone (CSC - region).
thanks for the reply . I can't really tel the exact location or region of my phone. but whe nI look at the box it all written in Bulgarian language.
I will try to flash N9005XXUGNG1_BGL and see what will happen

Quite confused for the consideration needed before flashing any Rom and Recovery!!

I am beginner in this rooting field.. And with less knowledge I now am attracted towards flashing different rom on my phone since I am influenced by others discussion in #XDA. But when I came to meet some people in social chats, when I asked them for the, what are the requisites to be fulfilled while flashing #safe_rom without any brick.. Some says search rom on Google of your phone model i·e (gt-I9505) when I searched it there again appeared the case of #baseband version, there "google" when I got the other rom of my phone below it was written only for baseband "XXUHOJ2" and it didn't matched with mine.. In some post rom for jflte, jfltexx, sprint, .... And m confused all... And my question is.. Should all of those match to flash custom rom?? Isn't gt-I9505 all same??? Why should we consider #baseband for flashing rom or latest firmware?? Why?? Why?? Plz help me!!
-Thank you!
No baseband update
Hello and thank you for using Q/A,
you don't need to update or flash a baseband, if you want to install a custom ROM or stock ROM.
Kind regards
Trafalgar Square
And what about jfltexx, jflte, sprint.. Some post says rom for jfltexx, some says for this baseband only,, what to do in this situtation??? Is there any #compulshory to match baseband in order to flash custom rom??
Hi,
I've an I9500 who has Indonesian base, and I've flashed many ROMs designed for my device and I never had any problem. Baseband doesn't matter, however, an EFS backup should be made to be safe, so you can restore it later if you miss your IMEI after doing flash a certain ROM.
Because you've an I9505, any jfltexx ROMs should fit on your phone. You'll have no problems as long as you follow instructions provided by the developer.
I9505 doesn't stand itself. Some variants are released by certain operators in certain regions, like SPH-L720, SGH-I337, SGH-I337m, SCH-R970, etc. All variants who are on I9505 family are able to install jfltexx ROMs, but with some notes that might be available for certain devices.
Sent from my GT-I9500
You should only care about the baseband if you have a phone from Verizon or T-Mobile, as they generally have locked bootloaders.
Basebands are updated almost monthly. There is no way to have them matched.
You only need to care about your phone model.

LTE: I could use some help, what am I doing wrong?

Hello all,
I was wondering if someone can help me. It seems that no matter which rom I install on my Moto G4 Plus (XT1644) I can’t seem to get LTE working. I only get 3G, I feel like I’m doing something wrong. I don’t know if this helps or not, but my service provider is Sprint. I’ve tried *#*#4636#*#* and cycled through different network types and this hasn’t helped. I’ve also tried reverting to the stock rom so I can update the PRL and reinstall a custom rom; this also does not work. Any suggestions would be helpful and greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!
The bootloader is unlocked
TWRP is flashed
Note: I’ve tried searching through the forums, but most of the useful information is not for the XT1644 variant.
