After upgrading my laptop to windows 10, I started experiencing flashtool errors whenever I connect my Xperia Z to my laptop. I was hoping that someone could help me fix this issue.
I have my drivers installed and relevant drivers as well.

l am still facing the same problem. l'm confused as to what to do now. I was thinking of reverting back to windows 7.
What do u actually want to do with the Flashtool?
You must be selecting an incompatible rom for your device....try downloading proper Rom...which is made for ur device...be sure of exact model and then download the firmware... The photo u posted shows that Flashtool works fine....it may be a problem with the firmware u downloaded.

Just as the picture above shows, when flashing kernels made by devs, it says 1bad blocks encountered in the fastboot window, and when flashing finished and try to start up the phone, the phone just vibrate once and lose response. The screen even doesn't turn on.
I have unlocked the bootloader.
The only way to fix the phone after flashing a kernel is using the flashtool to flash a ftf file.
Do you guys know why this thing gonna happen?

Nope, I have flashed kernels made by Doomlord, Jasonstein, FXP, non of the worked.
you have broken nand
send phone to service for nand replacement (of board replacement)
dun know the non-unicode language will affect the DOS code or not , cause u using the chinese non-unicode .... need ask those pro to conform

I had installed the FrozenPika10v1.6.7 on my phone and i decide to change it on U8800pro, HORSE THEMED SERIES , TV-OUT works , and GUIDE for returning to froyo (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1597358). When i try to downgrade my phone with UPDATE.APP, phone returns my an error at firmware update step 2. Same error i get when i am trying to install U8800pro (Android 4.0)V100R001C00B926(Normal)(Unofficial Release Version).

Hey XDA! I'm trying to revert from cyanogenmod to stock android and I'm running into what seems to be a driver issue.
I will got through the steps I've done to better explain.
1. Followed Nexus Root Tool Kit driver instructions.
2. Do driver test.
3. ADB passes
4. Fastboot fails
Every time I go into my bootloader my computer says as follows
USB Device Unknown(A request for the USB device descriptor failed.)

You need to update the drivers. I had the same issue. Search xda. There is a thread for this solution. I don't have the link off hand right now.

Alright at this point. The problem is when I try to install the update, 14234 build comes with damm Lumia firmware update.
And at 63% gives a 801881d0 error about server problem.
I think that Windows Update downloaded sucessfuly but this Damm Lumia firmware update(that isnt necessary to go to Windows 10) was stored on an server that is off-line after WP8.1 end of support, and stucking update process.
I tried to make an recovery but my usb port seems damaged (Windows gives malfuncioning device error) but Phone works well.
The question is, there is any way to spoof firmware version, or ignore firmware update for Phone go to 14234?
(or intercept conection to Microsoft server)
Or get interop unlock without pc conection on 8.1?
i'm trying to restore my device with the original rom, but i can't find it ANYWHERE, and whenever i use official server links (the ones with hicloud address) it shows one of two things: a white screen saying "an error occured" or the browser shows an error

i even tried using erecovery and hisuite but no luck whasoever, erecovery says "package info error" and hisuite says i'm on the latest version (i'm not, i'm using an emui 8 rom for ARGC771 model that isn't working well with mine, i'm looking for the one from the C771 model), not to mention that the firmware finder app is completely useless now
i had recovered my phone back to normal after unlocking its bootloader and flashing a custom rom into it, but that was like 2 or 3 years ago, but now idk where to find the firmwares i need, i'm doomed...
