I've installed CM12.1 and there is "Camera" app, but shouldn't there be a Google Camera? I'm just wondering if that's the same app before update or what.
And there is "SMS/MMS" stock APP. How is that different than Messenger from Google Play?

Those are the stock CM apps not Google apps. If you flash a gapps package that will replace them then they will be replaced with Google hangouts and Google camera or you can keep stock and download the Google ones from playstore

When a new nightly comes out is there a gapps to go with it? Cuz I don't have navigation or Google maps but I do have the market?

No. The gapps no longer contain those apps. Its been minimalized. You have to download maps/navigation from the market. It does get updated periodically, but not in sync with nightlys.

Tried installing com.vending.apk, don't work.. Weird..
this is the gapps i installed has google goggles kickback google voice youtube google maps / street view for maps talk back and a couple others dont kno if itl help but u can try it http://www.mediafire.com/?0qeq77bgg8aui62
try Market Enabler app (requires root) to have your Market app think you're from regions that can download Maps and other GApps.

I'm on latest cm10.1 nightly with faux beta 6 kernel. Can't get Google wallet to work. I downloaded it from play store, but when I try to first Setup it automatically FC's.
Update:
Fixed problem, had to download 4.2 apk off site instead of from play store. Now it works

Hi. i need a google chrome version that has built in flash player in it. as we know the google in stock rom doesnt support flash. so can anyone plz upload the google version with flash and also explain how to install and use it along with the stock room google version. thnx

chrome doesnt do flash, the aosp android browser does.
I am getting the error in the attached pic when trying to update apps in the play store.
I tried to force stop Google services framework, Google play services, goggle play store, cleared data and cache for each, rebooted to stock recovery,cleared cache and still getting the error!

Any chance any of these apps you are updating a backup restored from a previous version? Perhaps patched with something like Lkucy Patcher? Does it happen for all apps? Can you install any other apps from the Play Store without a problem?

I think I got it. Other apps install fine which was weird so I just removed app data for those apps then the app itself and it installed OK from the play store

there is no default gallery app installed on Moto g4 plus. It comes with Google photos app. Can any one upload the gallery app which used yo be there in Android jellybean. I have tried to install Apk file from Android 4.3 but got an error "error parsing the file" does anyone have gallery app compatible with this device which will not show any ads?
