I have note 10.1 2014 edition 4G version SM-P605 since it has exactly same hardware as note pro 12.2 SM-P905 except the screen size is different but same resolution. Is it possible to install the stock note pro ROM on note 10.1 2014 ??

I wonder what has to be changed to make it work? Shouldn't large chunks of the fw be reusable?

from what ive read its a bootloader problem? The p605 is not compatible with 4.4.2 software + kernel.

I think it need Dev to examine the different !!!!
It is not worth it. Why should a dev put a lot of time into porting the note 12.2 firmware when we are getting the kitkat firmware sooner or later.

I refer to the N900, but always there for other device models not only rum for N900 exynos

Since this is not an officially supported device, you will have to find a developer/maintainer/porter in your device forum.

U give the wrong link because that rom is for Galaxy S5 so be careful next time.

may some if the developer can port the Note 5 Nougat ROM to Note 7
they should skip the note 5 port and make a S8 port with S Pen features
I truly hope one of the developers would develop a Nougat rom for N7, at the same time I realise it is highly unlikely.
It's a waiting game to see if there will ever be development for the note7 now. Reintroducing refurbished hardware does give the situation hope but we won't know for a while yet. If not there's always the fallback to a trade-in for the note8 when that arrives

With the reintroduction of Note7 i think we will have nougat (there are already some pictures on a new gen Note7 with nougat over a Vietnamese site)

please stop spamming! We probably all know that there are S8 ports for other Sammy devices. This is nothing new there has been always rom ports for the flagship devices. But I lost hope.... There isn't even a N update for the Note 7 and no one is developing for it. Such shame...

Directly with odin? No it's impossible cause the model number of refurbished note 7 is not the same as the original ones. But it will be possible to install it with the twrp recovery. Need a dev to make a custom rom based on the nougat refurbished note 7 firmware...

Your picture does not show anything about the Nougat firmware in the original Note 7. Need a screen shot of your firmware infos ?
