hello guys! i've been out of the rooting game for a while so i'm kind of lost. My mom has this phone, and we just moved. i want to get the wifi tethering mod on her phone so she can use her ipad and stuff. she's not really good with tech so i want a ROM that looks like 5.0.1 so she wont get confused with a new UI. I dont want to trip KNOX, so there a rom that looks or is like 5.0.1 (doesnt have to be that exact version) that i can flash via odin? i know i sound stupid but its been a while. thank you very much

Hi guys, since the new XXUFNA1 leak doesnt really change the UI, I was wondering if you know whether there is a launcher which comes close to the look of the leaked new Samsung UI, I would really like to have my tocuhwizz looking something similar like this.

If there is no Launcher like this, how difficult would it be to recreate the icons etc. and make it available for users?
XXUFNA1 leak is that, a LEAK. This firmware is only for testers. I dont think u gona find so much things for it and I dont believe the launcher creators will spend time either on it

I know that its a leak, but you dont create apps for certian Samsung leaks or firmwares, but for Android versions. Any 4.4.2 launcher could make the home page look like this, thats what I was asking.
I have that jump program and feel like getting the GS5. I got this GS4 about 6 or so months ago and if I remember correctly (which I don't) I used odin to root it.. Had it rooted for a couple months then decided to put a rom on which was Wicked 5.0 or something. About 2 months ago I put wicked 9.1 on.
I'm pretty sure I saved a recovery before even putting the first wicked rom on, but WTF is up with the way it saves the files, maybe someone can help with this image, but what is the oldest date of these recoveries ?

If I was to go back to just the stock recovery but still rooted, would a t-mobile rep know this? and if they did would it be a problem?
If I did get back to the stock recovery, could I unroot it? I remember buying a triangle app or something ,that reset the flash counter on this phone? does that ring any bells? lol

Look at the system information on/in the phone. What does it say?
You can simply just Odin the NAE .tar if you're going to be bringing it back to Sprint. That'll wipe everything to stock.

Just use Odin to flash TWRP, then in TWRP flash Chainfire's SuperSU.
It's the same as KitKat, what mattzeller said or Odin CF-AUTO-ROOT by Chainfire

Ok I'm not an expert at all and I don't want to follow the wrong guide and mess everything up. I googled some of the terms and I don't feel confident enough in what I found.
How exactly do I get to KitKat (be it the stock rom or the one really close to it) and root it?

I need just a stock note7 rom (or s7 nougat) because the stock 5.0.1 is very old .
Unless a developer has the phone for testing purposes, there will not be a stable note 7 port.

You're not the only one, same for me and some other Note FE SM-N935F/DS users...
Seems like that only the Korean variant doesn't have this problem as they can just flash the standard TWRP without problems.
Anyone able to boot back to main screen without flashing stock ROM?
So there's no working root method yet for N935F/DS. Seems we have to wait for a year? Hope not. I like their phones but I hate Samsung!
