[GUIDE][GB] How to change text Zombie Art By Jack Larson on Platlogo

This is the first thread that I created on XDA, so sorry if my english bad.
OK, back to the topic. To change the text "Zombie art by Jack Larson" you can follow the steps below.
Take framework.jar. (you can use the framework.jar that exist on your device system)
Change the format to framework.apk
Decompile framewrok.apk. (u can use apktool or apk multi tool)
Use notepad++ to open file "PlatLogoActivity.smali" in /framework.apk/smali/com/android/internal/app/
Find the text "Zombie art by Jack Larson"
Change the text to which you want. For example : "I Love My Android"
Recompile
Delete classes.dex
The result will be System_framework.apk. Change into framework.jar.
Done (^_^)

sorry guys, previously I've been searching on how to change the text in platlogo, but hard to find. Until one day I finally found it, but I forgot from where i got that tutorial. and before this thread was made http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2208436, I have created my thread before. see at creation date.
And thank you for reminding me, I've added a credit for Alucard1989pl.

sir, i decompiled it with apk manager , but i didn't find resource.arsc , But i found classes.dex , i didn't delete it , then i compiled & flashed the new one & nothing changed !
tried again , & i deleted the classes.dex , when i flashed it i got bootloop

have you change the format from. jar to. apk ?
try to use apk multi tool for compile it.

EDIT : thx sir i made it with apk multi tool , i deleted classes.dex only B cuz i didn't find resource.arsc , but it works now

So i was messing around with some things and missed how loud i got my S5 to be, and here is a detailed guide on how to mod your sound. .. Speakers, headset, Bluetooth, USB, Dock.

1. Download ES File Explorer

This is already in the general section where it should be . Its titled volume boost mod . I put it there weeks ago .

Did this is great. The zip files should help a lot of guys out.

Wow, you set the value at 104? That seems a lot higher than what @raw2000j posted. Must be blasting loud..
Is that value safe for the speakers?

I was looking for a best sound mod for Lolipop ( Especially for Head Phone Boost and Bass ) for a long time.. Today i just found one amazing sound mod in one of the Russian android forum. The headphone boost is amazing.. No extra sound. Only bass. Awsomm.. This mod contains latest Dolby Digital Plus and Beats mod. This mod should work on any Sony devices that running Official Android 5.0.2/5.1.1 and 6.0.1 devices. And its working in Aosp 7.1 Sony...
So i thought to share it for you guys.. Please note that this is not my work. I am just sharing it with permission from the original developer... Also note that this mod will completely remove your Sony Sound Enhancement.. Just try it with a backup guys... Also if u have any old sound mods installed means uninstall it and then try this mod.. Feel the difference.. I know there is some sound mods available for Lolipop. But this one is totally different. Try it and enjoy it....

No mate it causes infinite starting apps at boot.
It's faster to make a backup and try the things before asking questions lol.

This mod is only for Headphones

thanks for this.
installed dolby atmos on top of this.
now using dolby atmos instead of dolby plus
editne problem speaker no sound -_-

How to port Samsung S series multi window on Galaxy J5?

Hi respected members of xda. Please help me how do I port Multiwindow to Galaxy J5 as it does not have like other samsung S series phones. I tried to instal multiwindow picked files from Note 5 port rom and flashed through recovery nothing worked. I got apk multiwindow tray file from apps and some files from system>etc>permission and 2 files from framework like multwindow.jar. then I assembled them and flashed via recovery in my Galaxy J5 it succeeded but
nothing worked.

this: ro.build.type=user
Into this : ro.build.type=userdebug
Then go to developer settings and enable multi window.
Now press multi task key and enjoy.

My build.prop file is fully personalized. I can't share it. But there is a new line that can be added to enable multi window without changing to userdebug. Follow the attached image.

Please be clear and give me a good reason why you are not using the build prop that is inside your phone and ROM?
Also keep in mind that cyanogenmod build.prop is not fully compatible with stock rom only if it was based on stock.

1. Download zip file and put into your phone storage.
2. Open TWRP.
3. Install zip file and Reboot.
3.1 Install Headphone_Speaker_Volume_Boost.zip file for Volume Boost.
3.2 Install Z5 Sound Mod file from PDesire thread and this mod for PDesire Sound Mod & Volume Boost.
Thanks to PDesire, it is really good sound mod for Sony devices.

Yes it is.
But on Z2 unlocking bootloader is not nessesary for root,only for some custom roms.

I just updated the zip file. It was %15-20 before, it is about %10-15 now to fix some sizzling&high bass problems.

Why you applied that on your Z4. This is Z5 forums..
Ask Z4 users.. you need the original mixer_paths.xml & mixer_paths_i2s.xml files for Z4.
