You are wrong. Not cause of bootloader.
Could be there problem with build.prop couse its total copy of gt-i9515 how i looked in system.new.dat

Could you paste screenshot? Because i don't think so. We didn't copy it from GT-I9515. Maybe it is issue/joke of Cyanogen.

So... If its not a kernel,bootloader,build.prop issue then need to take a look at system maybe there is that problem

You could be clever, but you are not the most clever one. We got logcat and read it to see where is the problem. As i understand, our device's driver is old for Lollipop but you can also try to build it.
Have look at my Github.
https://github.com/fbli41/android_device_samsung_kylevess/tree/cm12 (it has some typo errors. Look at the commits of "eos-5.1" branch and apply samethings to cm12. Do only typos. Don't rename as eos. )

Because it might be spammed with random topics. It would be caused by ppl who don't read stickys, and don't know the rules.

Just a FYI, you can use any rom for any of the S4 variants except i9500.
There is a really good rom that's basically a full s5 port with all the features working in the i9505 android development section called Phoenix rom. It's made by the guy that actually ported the s5 features to the s4

you can use dr.ketan or alliance but you must delete odex file after flash. Or wait new update i will fix odex problem. thank you for reply

No its not against the rules some ppl (idk why) considers it as rude.
I am the only cm13 dev for this phone and i consider it very ok.It reminds me that ppl are apreciating what i do and they are excited for a new release.
And cm13 doesnt have almost any bugs left many ppl use it as a daily driver
