i just flash this kernal to my n900 with dr ketan k14
first of all deep sleep work great, recharge is fast comparing to stock kernal ( indeed its same as halaszk 0.20b2 and pekaka)
and i follow every step to oc my cpu but the device shut down immediately ( trikster ) but i uninstall trikster and busybox the score of antutu
is so cool and i get 42k on antutu

To Overclock-cpu u might need to use stock Voltage and change step 2.0 ghz and 2.1ghz volt more then do Benchmark and 2nd idea for this kernel is Battery saving + stability so used just few tweaks to optimize ...the output

I just have a question. (This is my very first post on XDA so go easy and correct me if I say/post anything wrong or incorrect format etc)
I am using stock Touchwiz on my SM-n900, rooted with CWM v6.0.4.7 installed[N900UBUDND1].
Is it safe to install this Kernel?
If so, any specific instructions or warnings I should be aware of?
Also is it compatible with any other custom ROMS out there.
As I am aware, all I need to do is backup and flash via Recovery. Thanks in advance folks.

Stock-N900XXUEBNL8-Modded.zip posted on Dr. Ketan ROM page and the file named SueMax-Kernel-Combo-TW-Stable-v2B.zip that is in the OP of the kernel on Android Exynos development?

Seriously .!!!! Guys is it so difficult to understand .????? that kernel name Stock-N900XXUEBNL8-Modded.zip is stock kernel with minor changes to ramdisk for Lollipop rom as there no way to make custom kernel for Android 5 as lack of Samsung kernel open source ... And file SueMax-Kernel-Combo-TW-Stable-v2B.zip is for android 4.4.2 and it will not work on Android 5 lillipop rom .

if you on stock android 4.4.2 towchwiz rom then you can install Suemax-kernel AND
if on Android 5 lollipop then stock Modded version i posted as at moment there is no custom kernel for Lollipop leak

No 3.1 yet, i'm waiting some feedback before
For now, the only problem is the additionnal apps : not deleted if you unchecked these in the aroma (but you can delete it after, like an usual app from the playstore)
But i only have a D802, i made all tests on my own device so i cant to test the multi version
If you have a 802, you can flash without problem, you just need to flash the baseband before the rom if you come from a 4.2 firm, the kitkat-fix before the rom if you come from a 5.0 firm, or just the rom if you are already on a 4.4 firm

What was you last rom before the flash ? AOSP/stock Kitkat or stock Lollipop ?
If you were on stock LP, did you flash the @droidth 's kitkat-fix ?
If you were on stock Kitkat, were you on 20H or an older version ?

I'm from D80220h-eur-xx,so i have attention on ur rom, now after bootloop i'm on Fluffy Rom v1 based on 20h waitting to try ur v3.1

I think that's your recovery, try it with a TWRP 2.8.x version minimum
2.8.6.1 is better but for my tests I was on the 2.8.2.1 without problem
Do you have a message error in recovery or just the bootloop ?

Any error message on recovery, just bootloop.Ok! I try to downgroad 2.8.2.1.
By the way, I flashed FluffyomR v1 via 2.8.6.1

it bricked my lg d802T ... now stuck on fastboot what to do ?
I have D802 img zip file having laf.img and recovery.img and
modem.img etc....should i use it and try to load
img file laf.img and recovery.img through ADB command?

Tbh I used Franco for my time with this device but now I don't use any extra kernel on any device partly because I'm flashing 5 devices daily and secondly on the devices I'm working on if I'm using a different kernel I'm not going to get the errors that may crop up with the stock one.. If you are trying some and willing to be a guinea pigs report back here with your results that may help others that like further kernel flashing

Well you can use any cm12 kernel that supports dt2w like nash,hells-core/doctor or a 'simpler' kernel like matr1x

@joshdroid, I too got bootlooped on 6.6. As someone else mentioned, if you flash another CM kernel (I used defcon unleashed after installing 6.6 (and wiping cache/dalvik), the issue resolves. Great work BTW!

Sim Network problem
after flashing it have issues with sim network comes as not registerd on network while making calls and shows only emergency calls,on stock rom evrything was fine no network issues...help plz:crying:

better you use the stock ROM dxlf .. because I think this rom stable with stock ROM dxlf

issue in connecting to cellular network
ROM is unable to connect to the cellualr network it shows only emergency calls only .. it initially worked for few minutes and then it started to disconnect. my sim is airtel and roaming by default.
And iam unable to search for the network both in manual mode and automatic mode if i connect to AIRTEL by gods graces my mobile restarts automatically. i have flashed and reinstalled this rom for 10 times. i try even wipe data cahe and davik cache

This ROM is more stable if you use a stock ROM fireware DXLF may also be able to minimize bugs result .. : D

change your kernel to hell#50 then flash a RIL fix .zip that suit your region

no, it can be flash on any j200h, i just stated that the firmware i used was J200HXXU0APK1.

Its allmost same. No notable difference are there. But it is debloated and have more internal memory space and little less ram consumption than stock one.

Rom is perfect and there's no bugs for now but we need some thing more important like the system.ui for note or s and separate zip file for changing the traditional lollipop bootlogo

I'm just a noob and I can't do that. That's why I have said we should wait till someone develop other rom.

Can anyone help me to install viper4android in this rom..

How did you installed?? I'm currently using this rom
