Is there a bluetooth app or file that will enable me to connect to my android's bluetooth tethering function or can such an app be written. thanks for ant answers link etc.... I know I can connect wi-fi tether, but would like to connect via bluetooh instead.

Has anyone tried to connect their android heads to the internet with bluetooth as it is a little more energy efficient than wifi hotspot?
I have Carly for BMW, and the adapter is WiFi connected, but the app only reads via Bluetooth. Is there a way to reroute the WiFi signal through the Bluetooth, or make the app think it's connected via bluetooth?
