[Q] Help - Galaxy S5 network data disconnects - Galaxy S 5 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Guys, please your help I bought a S5, and data connection for mobile network works like for 1 - 10 minutes but after that there is no more connection (even data H+ or 4G symbol appears)
I tried different mobile operators and the same problem with all of them.
It's G900F.

is it a new device
did u do some basic stuffs like wiping your data or cache
contac your service provider and see

Roaming mode

Hi there, I've noticed that my phone is always in Roaming mode, ie an R is showing in the signal bars icon. It's really not affecting my phone , because I know that I am not roaming, I am connected to my operator (Claro Honduras) . But I wonder what this is all about (maybe because I am not on T-Mobile) , or if there is a way to fix it. Also because of that I have to keep my Data Roaming setting ON, or I won't be able to access my data plan.

wifi and mobile data not autoswitching

hi guys - ive got a samsung galaxy note 3 here in the uk, its about 4 months old, on tesco mobile, it doesnt seem to switch between mobile data and wifi...if im at home and connected to wifi then i go out, it switches to 4g, but when i get home it should switch back to mobile data but it doesnt, both wifi and mobile data are on and ive placed a tick in the" auto network switch"...but it doesnt switch over...any ideas ta?

[Q] No 3G internet

Hello, i have problem with connection at internet. When I'm on Edge the internet it's working, but when i activate the 3g from mobile network, the sigh H continuously switch with H+ and i don't have internet. The APN it's ok.
I have G900f android 4.4.2. What can i do?
As the APN is OK, my suggestion is:
- Check the network issue (if any) with your network operator
- Check your subscription with your service provider

If i put the sim in another phone(note 3) with same apn settings it's working very good. "Sometimes" it's work the 3g internet but only for few minutes 5-10 minutes and after the H sigh continous switch with H+ sigh and internet and it doesn't work. Always the H sigh switch when i activate the mobile data.
"sometimes" = 2 times in 2 days only for 5 minutes
I have no limit internet with Telekom and it's frustrating to not work my phone
Another thing it's i bought the phone from some guy at second hand and the phone have a kick result in the side frame.

[Q] Problem/Issue. Mobile network (3G) data connection drops. Why?

I have a problem with my Galaxy s6 Edge Plus (G928M - Brazil)
When browsing the web with only mobile data turned on, wether using edge/3g/lte, the mobile loses connection .
I still have connection visible in the status bar, but wepages stop recieving data and it just stays hanging, with the loading bar at the same place. It can be fine for 3-4 minutes and then start to act up again.
One sollution is to toggle data connection on/off, then it will work again, but only for a couple of minutes. Even this metode sometimes doesnt solve the problem. My phone is unrooted. I have tried factory reset. Tried to root with arter97 (the problem persists) .I have tried using the different settings in mobile data; just gsm, just wcdma and wcdma/gsm- automatic etc. The signal strenght is good.
I used my simcard in another phone and don't face the problem. I used another simCard in my phone and the problem remais. So, The problem is in the phone, unfortunatelly.
Do anyone have the same problem, know of a cause for this, or have possible a sollution? Please share

F800L mobile network issue?

Hi everyone
I need help for my lg v20. So the issue is i m not able to select 3g or 4g for my network basically when i go to mobile networks there is no option to change from 4g to 3g. Another major issue is that my mobile data is not starting as the mobile data toggle has an message saying connection not allowed.
Any help will be appreciated
Try dialing 5457#*800# to access hidden menu
