Yotaphone quotes - YotaPhone

Does anyone know how yotaphone made those quotes because they are very clear. Or a software I can use to make quotes

What do you mean by quotes? Stock quotes?

Yes stock quotes

Hi, I know this is aaaages since this was sent, so my apologies if that bugs anyone, but when I was browsing around randomly I actually came across a site where the guy was saying that he was commissioned to make them: " I was commisioned to do series of splash screens for the upcoming Yota Phone 2. The Yota team provided the quotes and I did my bit. "

In the forum over at hardwarezone.com.sg they have shown a couple of screens but also talk of problems in how to carry out a screen grab.
I thought Touchwiz could do this using the hardware buttons.
I have a note (got it from somewhere) that says:-
"While using the device, you can capture an image of a screen. While pressing and holding Back, press the Home key. The image will be saved in Gallery."
Thoughts please.
what i would like to know also is the screenshots i seen of the galaxy s and other youtube videos saying it has touchwiz 3.0
but looking at this samsung video the touchwiz 3.0 is different. or maybe it has to do with the wave ...
Id much prefer this interface ...

That's running the Bada OS which is found on the Wave
it's faster than Android and I would have bought the Wave if the 3g bands worked in the Americas but it doesn't offer support for 1900mhz yet, and the number of applications do not match that of Android (I need applications that are not found on Bada yet, can't assume they will also), aaaand since we can't put shortcuts to applications on the homepage :'( like on Android.
Touchwiz is the UI on it and on Android too, it is a bit different for the Wave since it's running Samsung's new OS, Bada OS. I prefer the TouchWiz 3 on the Android since we can use hardware buttons to go back or to open the menu instead of them being on the screen which take up space.
But they are very very similar since it's the nearly the same UI.
Just like this...

1、You need to use a special devices to disable the Chip.

We used the smart card & s58 file to disable the chip, not the Jtag interface.
Why would you post this in one thread:

Although I agree the bootup animation is from older versions of Android, It's clearly 2.x+ as shown at 1:20 by the lwp, phone app instead of dialer, and a few other apps in the drawer.

open up your browser. now, type “about:debug” and hit go. click “Settings”, and scroll on down to the bottom to reveal the “UAString”.
you now change your user agent string — the bit of info that tells a website what type of device you are running — to “froyo-n1”.
Anybody wanna share the link they receive by text message or the direct download link that the OP mentioned ? I am not receiving the text lol

Here is the link I got directly from Gameloft : - removed link apparently its a one device only apk -
Enjoy guys!
Update: that link got me a version of Hero of Sparta and it runs smoothly however there is no sound coming out of the speakers at all (I obviously checked the volume rockers lol) The Media Volume is crossed out.
I had asked them for a Nexus One apk so that might be the reason, already put another request for a Galaxy S apk letting them know I have a Nexus S we will see what they say
Update 2: Their answer :
Hello!
I am sorry for the misunderstanding.
Unfortunately, your Android device Samsung Nexus S is not supported. Our development team is constantly working to bring new games to all platforms and we forward them all your suggestions. We do not currently have any specific information to share about release of games for your device, but be sure to follow our Twitter (twitter.com/gameloft) or like us on Facebook (facebook.com/gameloft) so that you'll be the first to know when this changes. All our new game announcements are available there in real time, so stay tuned!
If your device is not supported, please do not try downloading a game which is not for your specific phone model. Each game is built for one particular device. If your phone is not listed, it's no use trying to get another game build. It will not work and it is not meant to work.
Please get back to me if you have any other questions.
Best wishes,

What can this code do for you: *#*#4636#*#*

Open up the Dialer Pad and Press...
*#*#4636#*#*
This Code will brings you to a Screen where you can basically play around with a few Different Secret-Settings, such as Battery, WIFI, Ping Testing and other Radio Features!
I don't know if this will help some there, but I thought, this is worth mentioning

I interpreted "...not really useful to anyone but HTC." to mean anyone with Samsung or Motorola or whatever phones would have no use for it. It says it is not useful to anyone but HTC. I disagree. It is useful to me, and I am not HTC.
This is a forum for an htc phone so it is safe to make the assumption we are generally taking about htc related things.

It is not safe to make that assumption. For example, I got here having done a search for info on the *#*#4636#*#* code.

There are a couple of "clicks" involved, but nothing to technical. It's not really "official' but it's the closest you are probably going to get for now.
Enjoy.
p.s. if this isn't what you want or need just give it a little while and it will start popping up.
