SlimLP Android 5.1.X
SlimRoms is a custom android operating system. The main goal is to offer users a slimmed down but still feature rich alternative to other android operating systems.
The entire SlimTeam work together to bring you this tailor-made beauty straight from Android Open Source Project (AOSP) source code.
All of the sources can be publicly viewed through GitHub and you can stop by the public Gerrit to submit patches of any type.
SlimLP is currently in alpha / beta stage, some custom features are already in place, but much much more is planned for the future
This is not stock SlimLP this is a custom version designed by @ezio84 some of the changes/features are the following:

One other question, is the dark Slim option implemented already? I really hate the ugly white material design

Mine is using my common repo so it will support the new ramdisk format for the flashable version of deathly. Mine also has less thermal throttling which will be raised in the next build.

So either this SLIM or liquid smooth shall be my first custom ROMs on the tab S Just that the last LS (from the 20th) has obviously Wi-Fi problems... . Will probably go then for SLIM tonight... .

I do not have time to keep an updated thread.
I've sent the local manifest to @deadman96385 so the rom is the same, you can flash on my build without wipe data.
If you want dark can use Layers Manager and TRDS

If someone brings it up i will but not right now

For some reason I'm unable to edit the line to change the minimum GPU frequency. I've tried several Root Explorer type apps and they all give me the same error even though they have been granted SU permission and root in on in Developer Settings..
"Root Explorer was unable to read this file. Please check that your device is rooted correctly and that access has been granted at the SU prompt."
Edit: I had to download the CM File Manager App to get it changed. It still says "Operation Failed" when trying to save it but it still works.

I use it a couple of hours (Mi4lte) and I have no problems. Battery life .. I would say its ok.
....
I have not found a way to remove the built-in shortcuts on the lock screen.
Also by unlocking the screen display brightness remains at a low level (2-3sec) and it is hard to see at the sun ... Can I change it?

I just installed this rom today, but used open Gapps (pico) and after an hour of installation i got an issue with the google play services, it says Unfortunately Google play services has stopped every minute (WTF ?) Can you tell me the issue?

Clear the data and cache of GP services in settings and reboot.

Got exactly the same problem - Gapps are crashing after an hour of work, deleting data/cache is not working. Any help?
EDIT: Found out that the problem happens after restarting the phone - pretty annoying...

headset bluetooth bug
very great rom, but the bluetooth headset doesn't work properly,already tried turn off contact sharing and any phone related settings on bluetooth device. any other solution for this?

Performance wise its the best but battery wise its the worst ROM i've used so far
One of the best ROM to date for this device when smoothness and performance is concered.Full of features as well. Bleeding edge as well(Well done on compiling Android 10 !!).
The only downside is that battery is horrible and the phone heats up quite a lot even when listening to music on youtube music app .
Other than that i havent encountered any bugs so far. Also i do not have the bluetooth bug as mentioned by someone in this thread.
Also, can you make custom kernel for this rom , like modify the current kernel to include some other schedulers and governers? only if its not too much trouble
Well done on the ROM anyways . Will keep this rom flashed as this phone isnt my daily driver and i can live with the abysmal battery life for now .Hope its fixed soon.

when you're changing roms NEVER dirty flash. always make backups and do a clean flash.

I am using GCam-6.2.030_Arnova8G2_Urnyx05-v2.4 it's pretty good. I've also tried GCam 7, it's highly unstable and I won't recommend you to use that. But sorry i don't have the link of it.

Hey guys, why if i turn on a hotspot my network is gud, but if i try to connect on pc is limited, try to my laptop is same. Help for the solutions guys. I think this is a bug for this rom. Someone please help me. I flashed this ROM today and now my phone is restarting on its own (like a boot-loop). I flashed my stock rom and tried flashing Atom OS again. But the problem is still there. I flashed the latest firmware too (v11.0.3.0) and still no luck.
Please someone help me with this Stupid Bug. I really want this ROM on my Vince. HELP !!

CesiumOS is a project that is designed to be exciting. It is something that was born out of a sea of similar-looking AOSP roms. We offer a unique, yet familiar experience for your phone. We cherry-pick features that we think will *actually* be useful in your daily lives, and nothing more. Since this is the beginning of something beautiful and exciting, we will continue to add more features in the future releases. Hello, i flashed the rom but after reboot it got stuck at CesiumOS logo, once in a while the system reboots but its just got stuck again, any solution please??

The only problem faced by lineage based rom like sakura and cesium and lineage18.0 itself was that the phone reboots on itself on using phone app be it pre installed ones or be user installed.
If fixed in new updates the cesium rom for m30 would be perfect.

Anyone knows how to stop this?

hey man! thanks for the OS, I love it. but there are a few things i want to say, when i turn on USB debugging and connect my phone to my pc and as soon as i switch it to transfer files mode from charge only mode, the phone automatically restarts, also this issue doesnt happen when i turn off USB debugging.
EDIT: the OS randomly restarts and resets multiple settings.
