Downloaded the one yesterday now the update won't download

hey guys, i am getting very slow download speed( less than 10kb/s) when downloading : cm-11-20141112-SNAPSHOT-M12-grouper.zip from cyanogen website. anyone has a mirror link.
PLEASE NOTE: Builds are for Nook HD+ (Ovation)

If you want a recommendation, take the MoKee ROM.

I was looking forward to build a AOSP-8 rom for grouper and tilapia .
I have built it and all works fine
Whenever i upload the zip it says md5hash missing on androidfilehost
Please help me
