I bought a used LG D802 from a shop and found that its case and software says it is LG-D802 running sotware version D80220c. But when I looked up its IMEI I found it is D800 AT&T. Now the problem is that what should I do to update it to Lollipop. LG Mobile support tool says software is up to date .
If I want to flash through kdz which kdz should I use? Please guide me

I have a LG G2 D802 phone in bootloop, the model that was shown before i ran into bootloop problems is D802 20B , I don't know which country and I used the imei link to see which version ( http://csmg.lgmobile.com:9002/csmg/b2c/client/auth_model_check2.jsp?esn= ) the website showed that my phone is a D802 20C .
LG Flash tool shows that its a D802 20B phone from France, I flashed a couple of roms that I found on many topics here on xda for the LG D802 20B but none of them is working I only get bootloop after flashing. Help would be appreciated please

As i checked what kdz i should get by using the imei it said i need to use d80220b, and my country's kdz is d80220a
Is it ok to flash the 20h and get it over with ?

Hi Trev here from Australia.I bought a used LG G2,the listing said it was a D802 and the seller said it was working fine till he upgraded it to lolly pop,the screen is having touch issues,so i opened up the back and to my surprise its in fact a LS980,now i have been searching threads on here and i cant find what i am after.Now i am thinking the screen is playing up because the firmware is incorrect,now how do i flash the G2 back to stock Sprint,because the issue is D802 rom is KDZ format and LS980 is tot any suggestions.Also could someone have edited the build.prop.
